Ordered a small and 6pc wings. Chicken was black!! I went back and saw the way they do it. They have pre fully fried wings in the fridge sit for days, drop them in the fryer for a minute to heat up and serve. Horrible food. Philly was soggy and had no flavor, and meat tastes like rubber

Unfortunately today was thee last straw, working in a mall for 4 years and they never can keep the same staff. Today I paid for a regular and the amount of meat was definitely for a small. Then proceeded to tell me you have to pay for extra meat. They havent cleaned the counters any since opening, wasted pop and paper scattered everywhere. And to top it off the person who rang my order handed me a dripping cup. Im overly done with Lenox food court. Its a billion dollar mall with thee worst customer service.

Ok, the ONLY reason for the 3 stars was food! The customer service from Daniela and team was super and that’s what saved it from being lower stars!
I ordered a Philly combo, everything on it with extra mushrooms. I’m not saying it’s the cooks fault because that’s the training they received, but let’s break it down.
-Meat portion -SEASONING needed (Fries too) -Nice portion of fries
Overall, if you don’t mind under seasoned food it’s for you. If you know what a Philly should taste like, this place is not for you.
Again, the team was amazing and had great customer service!

Not recommended. Just horrible. Greasy, not very good tasting sandwich. Hardly any meat on one of the two purchased- literally barely covered any of the bread. The other was prepared totally wrong and when brought to their attention, the worker literally pulled some of the toppings off and handed it back. Unacceptable

At Charley's they should completely wrap the sandwich, the contents of the bread spilled out and I almost lost my sandwich,
and put mayonnaise, ketchup and mustard on the bread,
also giving the meat flavor is as simple as if it were just boiled meat with bread,
they also charged me double, what I chose from the menu was worth $ 12.99 and they charged me $ 5.99 extra,
if this happens in all the branches, then this is my first and last time buying at Charley's 🙄🙄🙄
