Charleys Cheesesteaks

The two gentlemen working this morning were great. They explained everything about how to order and got the food out in a very timely manner. Both were super respectful and I just think the service went above and beyond for several reason. I never leave reviews but I thought they deserved it this morning for sure! Will def be back when in ATL airport :)

Workers spoke to customers like dogs. Very insulting and depressig that we live in a society where employees don't care one tiny bit.

Orders were backed up for 30 minutes. The staff was nice given the circumstances.. I waited in line forever the orders were backed up because of wings after waiting for like 30 minutes my whole order was wrong . The only thing they got right was my ultimate fries which they almost forgot to give me .

Really dirty and the employees were trying but need some training.

The food is always amazing. I did have one issue with one of the staff members. I was trying to put A1 sauce on my sandwhich but the bottle was empty. I told the staff members and tried to hand the empty bottle to one lady to discard it and when i did that, another lady came from the back and aggressively said “no don’t ever take nothing back from the customer. It’s not our fault that he’s too slow to throw it away in the trash can behind him 😒”. She’s right i could have thrown it away in the trash can behind me, my bad i wasn’t paying attention. Calling me slow was uncalled for though. Then she told the lady “Now you gotta wash your hands.” I’m thinking like you just finished making my sandwich, aren’t you supposed to wash your hands anyways. Idk that whole experience rubbed me the wrong way though

This was the best, freshest food, we have ever had at this airport (flown through Atlanta 3x). Staff was friendly and fries were hot! Will for sure be eating here next time if in Terminal C.

Stop at Atlanta Airport and ordered some Philly cheese steaks to hold us over. We ordered a meal small (6 in). It look small but with alot of meat. The fries was good pretty tasty. They actually have sweet and unsweetened ice tea. Great lunch. The service was pretty quick also.

Don't eat here! $23.45 for a salty, nasty, rubbery fake cheese steak! This place is trash and the service matched it! We had to throw this disgusting food in the trash! I don't like confrontation and I feel very strongly had I tried to return the food that it would have been a real problem! This place needs to be shut down!

The food was great. The service was horrible! The airport employees were given priority and the restaurant staff didn’t even hide it! The orders were getting made incorrect, because they were too busy trying to service the airport employees. They should also stand in line the passengers- especially since we could miss a flight. The person taking the order, didn’t know the menu and wasn’t friendly at all, I would think she would be since she didn’t know what a #3 was.

Definitely never going here while at the Atlanta airport.

The worst experience to begin my trip. I was hungry and decided on Charley’s. I was very specific with my order … no mayo, no tomatoes … just meat and provolone cheese. The girl preparing the steak immediately threw bell peppers and mushrooms on the grill with the steak and I had to stop her and say I “did not” ask for onions and mushrooms. Mind you, they only use one paper thin piece of meat for the steak sandwich. After the steak was cooked and put on the bun, the lady who took my order proceeded to slather the roll with mayo and added tomatoes. I could not believe it! This is the absolute worst place!!!! The Customer service is none existent. When I said this is not what I ordered, cancel my order and refund my money the employee became angry and argumentative shouting you didn’t say no mayo or tomatoes and started working on another order ignoring me standing there waiting for a resolution. I finally said, I want a refund which she said I’ll be there in a minute. Finally she tried to void the sale however she admitted no one in the restaurant knew how to refund the transaction. Unbelievable! They then informed me that the manager was in another terminal so I had to wait for her to come to Concourse C Southwest side. I restate … I was very specific from the onset about my order! Poor Customer Service. The Manager arrived with an attitude and offered no apology. Her attitude mirrored the poor attitude of her employees! Don’t waste your time or money here.

Very rude employees. They overcharge you and dont tell you

I like the food. Sometimes service is slow and disorganized. But consistently tasty sandwich. Two times I arrived near closing time and they closed early. Another time I was watching the chef cook, he told me to stop watching him, I asked him why he was working in an open kitchen if I can't watch him cook, he had a little fit and ran to the back of kitchen, someone else finished my order

Ordered chicken teriyaki let’s just say it was wrapped and glued to the paper as soon as I attempted to unwrap it fell out of my lap and on the floor. If there was ever an fu of a service this place right here before closing takes the award I feel like I just wasted 30 dollars
