Charleys Cheesesteaks

There was approximately 2 ounces of meat on my sandwich. I almost took a picture of it because of the absurdity. Employees were not friendly or helpful.

I can’t rate the food because I choose not to order.
Approach the counter I said hello the cashier lady said what? I said excuse me and she was like what you getting I replied I haven’t said anything yet still looking. I’m going to assume maybe the grill is loud because the waiting area. I asked could I get the number two and she replied what is that because We don’t have numbers on the menu so you need to tell me what it is. They only have four combos. 🥴 I told her to be blessed and I’ll get something from somewhere else. Praying she has a better day.

I did not ask to speak with a manager but I will say the staff look friendly.

Bad customer service and the people that's cooking the food doesn't change their gloves and doesn't wear a hairnet or beard net sitting area are never wiped down trash can was overflowing and no one I mean no one greets the customers, small portions of food they throw your fries in the bag and it ends up at the bottom of the bag not in the cup.

This is the dirtiest Charleys I have ever been in. The one guy cooking never shut up about other associates. My visit was on 8/12/25 around 4pm. It was so gross I only ate 2 wings.

ordered multiple items, a few with chicken, few with and without mushrooms. they put all together in a single bag with no labels. People here need some training. definitely would not visit this place again

The two gentlemen working this morning were great. They explained everything about how to order and got the food out in a very timely manner. Both were super respectful and I just think the service went above and beyond for several reason. I never leave reviews but I thought they deserved it this morning for sure! Will def be back when in ATL airport :)

Workers spoke to customers like dogs. Very insulting and depressig that we live in a society where employees don't care one tiny bit.

Orders were backed up for 30 minutes. The staff was nice given the circumstances.. I waited in line forever the orders were backed up because of wings after waiting for like 30 minutes my whole order was wrong . The only thing they got right was my ultimate fries which they almost forgot to give me .

Really dirty and the employees were trying but need some training.

The food is always amazing. I did have one issue with one of the staff members. I was trying to put A1 sauce on my sandwhich but the bottle was empty. I told the staff members and tried to hand the empty bottle to one lady to discard it and when i did that, another lady came from the back and aggressively said “no don’t ever take nothing back from the customer. It’s not our fault that he’s too slow to throw it away in the trash can behind him 😒”. She’s right i could have thrown it away in the trash can behind me, my bad i wasn’t paying attention. Calling me slow was uncalled for though. Then she told the lady “Now you gotta wash your hands.” I’m thinking like you just finished making my sandwich, aren’t you supposed to wash your hands anyways. Idk that whole experience rubbed me the wrong way though

This was the best, freshest food, we have ever had at this airport (flown through Atlanta 3x). Staff was friendly and fries were hot! Will for sure be eating here next time if in Terminal C.

Stop at Atlanta Airport and ordered some Philly cheese steaks to hold us over. We ordered a meal small (6 in). It look small but with alot of meat. The fries was good pretty tasty. They actually have sweet and unsweetened ice tea. Great lunch. The service was pretty quick also.

Don't eat here! $23.45 for a salty, nasty, rubbery fake cheese steak! This place is trash and the service matched it! We had to throw this disgusting food in the trash! I don't like confrontation and I feel very strongly had I tried to return the food that it would have been a real problem! This place needs to be shut down!
