The person prepping food and serving customers was not wearing a mask. This was at the Lenox Square food court in Atlanta
The staff doesn't really seem to want to help customers, but the food is good quality.
Great sandwich. Not to mention they had sriracha sauce at the ready. Delicious.
The General Manager, and the whole staff were friendly and welcoming. The place was very clean, and the food was really good!!!! I do recommend this place

I give it five stars… I had to Philly cheesesteak and it was awesome. I also have fries with it they were pretty good as well. The staff was friendly and very helpful with their suggestions as to what type of sandwich I should get
This place won't survive their lease. The food wasn't great to say the least. To their credit it was hot and fresh. None of the staff clearly did not want to be there. The lady had to remake several orders.

Great chicken Philly. They even honored OUR ordering mistake. Be sure to try their flavored lemonade - they use real puree to flavor it!

Do not go to this charleys .... this place should be a disappointment to the franchise name...... barely any meat I tasted more bread n cheese than anything else then the bread was all ripped up and the fries were old.. SAVE YOURSELF FROM THE DISAPPOINTMENT AND DO NOT EAT HERE!
Slow service. Rude staff. Messed my order up. Watched a guy spit his gum into his hand and throw it in the trash. No wonder hep C is so prevalent in America.
Visited this spot yesterday for the first time & I received great service! Staff was friendly and patient with me because it was my first time there and I had no clue what to get ? the strawberry lemonade is so bomb I had to get a refill before my foot was even done!! prices are reasonable but I wish that all meals xame with fries and a drink (other than that no major complaints) I will be visting them again. Keep up the good work guys!
Out of control..waited 15 minutes..one customer in front on me..rude..huge attitudes..sloppy..hope I dont get sick from eating..never again. 5 people standing around watching...and people wonder why business is bad...and its was not worth that wait..food was terrible!
It was good no lie. TMI but whatever ingredients they put on their food had my stomach so messed up. I'm scared to eat there again
