What in the WORLD do you mean that you, a chain coffee house, is transitioning to a membership only model?! 15/month and I don’t get free coffee?? At least put this information on your website and not let people get all the way to your front door before you lock them out. Ruined a proposal.

FYI they changed to a “members only” model effective April 1st. You have to get a $15/month membership to get in.
Coffee here is good and they have seasonal drink specials. Service can be slow if there are a lot of people. Unfortunately it seems like the apartment complex is slowly cutting off access to the public. I know I won’t be paying for a membership to come back.
The only thing good about this place was the pastries and the view just be aware they charge you for parking the drinks are horrible I just got hot chocolate and it was bad how you mess up hot chocolate it was so slow with no organization smh not a great experience the view is beautiful

While this place does have great views of the river, it is a very difficult to access location with $5 2-hour only parking. Seating is pretty limited (especially if it’s too cold or rainy to be outside) and the vibes are an odd mix of things. My view of the river from where I was sitting was a bit obstructed by all their signage. The service and drinks seemed fine.

No parking available
Very long, slow line but the view is amazing. Access into the apt complex it's located in is not easy.

At capacity and won’t let any new people in? Never heard of a business operating like that for a place with a large outdoor space
This coffee shop has a lot of potential, especially with its amazing outdoor seating by the river—perfect for enjoying the beautiful views. While the tea was excellent, I found the coffee and empanadas less memorable. The indoor space could use some warmth and better design, as it felt a bit sparse and uninviting. Overall, a great spot for tea and outdoor relaxation, with room for improvement indoors. Great service. Would go back in warmer weather.

Very strange place seems like people have a “key word or password” to be admitted in the community where the coffee place is located. I called in three times and the person on the phone confirmed that I could come in once at the gate the person said they have no availability and they can’t let anyone in. Hi where their first over the inter phone suggested for a “key word”… what kind of business is this ?
Overall, it’s a disappointing journey.
We drove 45 minutes to explore this coffee shop, that is ONLY open M-F inside this apartment complex. The code on the gate to visit the coffee shop only works if there is parking available in this tiny lot (that you’ll also need to pay to park in). Nevermind the fact that there is more than enough parking available, but I digress. Initially this meant we couldn’t get in, so we had to change plans and went to Grits.
We decided to give it another attempt, as we were in the area.
Pros:
The River is Amazing, and sitting on the deck watching the river is serene and calming and is the entire reason I upgraded this to 3⭐️.
Cons:
Restricted Access - for the sole purpose of the mediocre apartment complex to be snooty.
Limited parking allowed for the coffee shop and you’ll pay to use it.
Coffee is fine, nothing special really
Pastries are meh
All in all, I love the river and the location is Prime! because of that. All in all though, the apartment complex and quality bring down the experience to the point, I don’t expect I’ll make the trip again.

I would skip this for other parks around the area. Paid parking if you can even find any. The coffee shop itself is horrible, I gave it 2 chances since I live in the area. Only weekdays.
Absolutely beautiful and relaxing place to grab a coffee and relax/work/chat with a friend. Beautiful backdrop of the Chattahoochee river. The coffee was pretty good, but getting into the complex was a hassle and a half. Paying for parking is never fun, and a long line to order our coffee wasn’t great either. Luckily the view and the vibes right on the river made up for all of that.

The place is amazing. The coffee & food at the coffee shop are just OK.
It is inside of a gated community that confused me when I went the first time. Parking is limited, you have to pay for it and the prices are high. Pretty, but pricey.
