The Access to this shop is controlled by an apartment complex and they charge $15 a month for you to actually go into the shop

Visited the Riverside location, which has a beautiful waterfront view. Having to get a membership is annoying. You can cancel the membership by calling the apartment complex. It does not let you cancel online.

With $15 monthly membership fee plus parking ..then for the coffee & food. Not sure its worth it...even though the location is top notch.

Beautiful location! Theres plenty of seating inside and outside! Worth visiting.
Only con/difficulty for first time visitors - you do need to obtain their monthly $15 membership, which you can use 5 days after you have gotten it approved at the location (so you’ll need to come back a second time). Also, parking is $5. So your paying minimum $20. Just something to keep in mind

It was exactly what I expected it to be. Delicious coffee and empanadas with a very lovely outdoor area looking over the river.
They have several areas to do work from indoors and outdoors.
The staff was just so welcoming and polite.
I highly recommend it.

Coffee and food are delicious the views are amazing. However the service was friendly but SLOW. I waited an hour for my food, I inquired about it after about 30 minutes they verified I had ordered food and then ignored me until it was ready another 30 minutes later.
The apartment complex is capitalizing over the success of a small business and charges a membership fee (which turns into a gift card to use at the coffee shop) and then also paying you to park. Big effort for the reward in my opinion.
Id recommend another location as the coffee was good. And there is plenty of other places near by to view and relaxed by the river.

I haven’t been here in awhile since the whole parking fiasco last time. I tried to visit today and to my surprise you can’t enter unless you have a membership. So I drove all the way here for nothing, they should really update their listing to say so.

Heads up!!!! Must have their monthly membership to enter!!!!

You need membership to go to a coffee shop?!?! That's sad.

Great place for a GOOD coffee and a view! 🤩 Amazing atmosphere, great service and many options for drinks and pastries. Also, they have a Venezuelan breakfast and lunch Menu 🇻🇪 with Gluten free options. A big plus, they have options for non-dairy milk. They have a lot of sits and tables indoor and outdoors. Parking fee is minimum and it completely worth it!!

Update: as far as october 2025 access to this place is granted only with a $15 monthly membership (note: they give you a $15 e-gift card after the first month)

Lots of locally owned coffee shops that don’t squeeze $20 out of you before you walk through the door.

Its members only now, don’t waste your time going if you don’t live at the apartment complex or are willing to pay for a membership (???)

PROS 👍
The coffee is fantastic
Food is excellent
The location is gorgeous. Nothing pairs better than nature and a good cup of coffee!

CONS 👎
The internet is very slow
Cell service is limited
Service can be slow
Limited accessibility. Membership only, and have to pay for parking separately (2 hr limit).

This is a wonderful place if you’re looking to enjoy a break, read a book, or soak in nature. But it is not ideal for remote work/study.

In order to get into this facility/parking, you have to purchase/membership to the residential gate access system.

After having read stellar reviews about this place, my husband and I ventured into the city to try it out. Unbeknownst to us, access to the location is exclusive only to members. At the gate, we were told how to become members (it’s a $15 per month charge for access and parking to the coffee shop and premises).

Once we visited the leasing office and received paperwork confirming our newly attained membership, we proceeded to checking out the coffee shop. The food menu offers key Venezuelan items: empanadas, tequeños and pastries/sandwiches. There was an extensive coffee menu and holiday specialty coffee list, too. The facilities were beautifully maintained, modern and very clean. There is plenty of indoor seating offered as well as free Wi-Fi.

Once outside, we immediately were surrounded by a vast green space, offering lounge chairs, picnic tables, and an open space to enjoy. The sound of the Chattahoochee River was a plus!

We will definitely visit the coffee shop again to try more food items as well as to enjoy the space and to unwind in an oasis which seems incomprehensible to be situated in the middle of a busy city. Definitely a must see!

Absolutely love this spot! The coffee is rich and smooth ☕, the pastries are fresh and delicious 🥐, and the view of the river is just stunning 🌿🌊. It’s the perfect place to relax, sip, and enjoy nature while treating yourself to something sweet. A little slice of calm by the water ✨
