Chauncy’s Kitchen has the Fufu Taco dish which is hands down the BEST taco I’ve ever had in my entire life. Everything on the menu is SUPERB and worth trying plus he cooks everything made fresh on the spot. As well, he has an “open kitchen” concept layout. And so watching him make food is not only entertaining but hypnotic because it’s like watching an artist make art in real time. An absolute must visit.
Chauncey Kitchen is one of Stn Mt/Decatur hidden gems. Right next to the Chevron. The food here is so full of flavor. The wings are cooked to perfection. The Vegan menu is outstanding. I have enjoyed everything that I've order here. Come check it out. I highly recommend.
Chef Chauncy’s food was absolutely delectable! It truly exceeded my expectations. Everything was very flavorful. Chef was very personable. I can’t wait to get back and try even more.
