They got my order wrong and when I took it back to get fixed they forgot I was outside waiting . The food was cold too. This place is the worst restaurant on the 85 strip all their workers are rude dumb and pathetic. I can't wait until this worthless restaurant is out business

Why work in a customer service field if you’re going to have an attitude when a customer asks you a simple question? I pulled up to window and the female or male(couldn’t tell) tells me what the price is…I ask him/her can they repeat the order back so I can make sure the AI system has it correctly. There’s been times when the AI system didn’t have it correctly. Why the female/male say “I don’t have time for this” and walked off. As she walked off, she start mumbling sass out her neck. You at work, do your job. A nice female came to the window and did her job. My order was still wrong…I ordered a 10pc wings combo and received 8pc…terrible service. Who wants to encounter rudeness after getting off of work?

I went to the restaurant and spent over 15 dollars when I hear the female employee telling her male co worker not to put a lot of fries in my chicken bites and fries box. Then I watched her walk over to the fryer and take fries out of my boxes while she was laughing and saying we're not trying to feed the world, and don't put all those fries into the box. I was furious because why are you taking food out my box that I've already paid for and she didn't say anything to me when I asked her why she was doing that and telling her don't take fries out my box. I only stopped cause I was on that side of town but the next time I'm over that way I will not be spending anymore of my money at this location!!! What she did was wrong...dead wrong!!!

They missed a few things off my order, I wasn't charged. And I asked for no onions, I think I got the wrong sandwich all together. The wait was too long the fries were fresh, I love those fries
