The food is always hot, especially the fries and the employees are always kind, friendly and respectful. I gave a 4 because my very last visit the staff was lax and gave me my bag of food with grease on it, plus the napkins inside my bag were filthy. Outside of this 1 time, I have no complaints.

This 5-Star rating goes straight to the manager "QUINCY "! I frequent this establishment and I must say, when he is on staff the orders move swiftly and are accurate. That can't be said about most fast food joints. It is evident that he cares and because of that he deserves to highlighted. It can be rough working the window and dealing with personalities. That doesn't phase Quincy. Checkers, enjoy him while you can because his talent and spirit are going...

So I just visited this location around 12:30 tonight. I had place an online pick up order I get to the window and am met with an amazing employee named Quincy. He had a bright and amazing attitude and met me with a smile. He had a nice small talk conversation with me while waiting for my food. I had went back home and I was missing something in my order and one of the items wasn’t right. I went back up here and Quincy had no problem fixing my issues and made everything right...
