I don’t understand why there’s so many bad reviews! Food was great! We got the bacon burger, chicken tenders, fries, and mozzarella sticks. Everything was good, especially the burger! The wait for our food was long, I will say that, and the shake machine was down (like many others said.) But overall, good first experience!

Google says it opens at 10am, drove up at 10:05am and a young lady comes on the speaker to say they’re not open yet and to give them 15 minutes. Understandable, maybe they’re still getting things ready and turning machines on. I pull away and park nearby and come back at 10:30am. This time, a young man comes on the speaker and says, “no, we’re not open yet.” Very disappointing.

Thursday afternoon 9-18 after I had a bad experience at KFC I stopped at Checker's to get a burger and was told they were closed... I went back to the car and a guy pulled up and said are they closed again today again at 4pm. The guy went tro the window and a gentleman said we'll open up again at 5p. Meanwhile they were fixing food for a group of kids sitteing at the picnic table. Apparently it was one of the employees children and they were trying to get them situated. The guy said he would come back later and maybe they would be opened. Meanwhile cars were being told they were closed in the drive thru. I went to Kroger and bought hamburger patties and I fixed my own food. I won't be back to this location at all.

Service sucks here. I placed a mobile order for pick up and after waiting for more than 30 minutes, I was advised that someone else picked up my order from the drive-through line. I explained that only I was supposed to pick up the order that I placed on the app and eventually the staff began to prepare my order again. I was at this establishment way too long for a big Buford and a regular fry. I should’ve been refunded for my time that was wasted… But instead, I had to wait longer for them to prepare the order again. If I never have to return here again, that would be too soon
