As a food service worker myself, the customer service here is HORRIBLE. No sense of urgency or anything, the employees straight up look at you and act like they didn’t see you. I gotta deal with unnecessary attitudes every time I come here! These people don’t want to do their job and it’s so obvious! These are the type of people that don’t need to work in customer service because they simply don’t know how to interact with people. Stop being LAZY and DO YOUR JOB!!!
I came here after work SIMPLY FOR A CUP OF ICE! The speaker didn’t seem to work; my boyfriend said hello a few times and nobody answered. There was a male employee who had just given an order to a car in front of us, he looked dead at us before closing the window. We then pulled up to the window and he asked another employee to take our order before walking away. We proceeded to sit at the window for a few minutes, the entire time there is an employee right in front of us, no acknowledgment or anything. After being completely disregarded, my boyfriend pulled off in frustration. DO BETTER! 👎🏾

Waiting over 25 minutes for a mobile order is ridiculous. I literally order one burger. This place needs to hire proper staff. I would've drove off but I'm stuck in the drive way

Very rude black female with RED HAIR. She didn't even say hello or hear us ask for more ketchup.... Need to get rid of people like this. They MAKE THE WHOLE COMPANY LOOK BAD. NEED MORE PROFESSIONAL PEOPLE AT THESE FAST FOOD PLACES. IF THEY CANT GREET US GET THEM OFF YOUR CLOCK ASAP!!!!! DIDN'T EVEN TELL US OUR TOTAL AND THEY GAVE US COLD FOOD THAT WAS EXTREMELY SLOOPY. It wasn't a good visit this time. We went there after church to order brisket sandwiches, and even though our order was taken, we came to the window and was told there was no brisket anymore. We changed our order to glozilla, and it was just tasteless. The only reason this isn't a one star review is because of the friendly and courteous employees!😊
