This team really knows their stuff. Everything went better than expected.

Customer service is absolutely horrible. The regular cashier isn’t so bad, although it is unprofessional to have personal calls while in the presence of customers. It’s really dirty and the overnight manager has a horrible attitude when resolving customer reformed issues. When trying to communicate with the manager about missing items or orders that were not given to the right person, there was no proper communication on a resolution along with heighten volume within her responses while using profanity as a defense mechanism. That is a bad example of what leadership is supposed to look like and I refuse to put my dollars there again.

I was at checkers and had An awesome experience the cooks Brandon, and will was awesome with making sure food was fresh and lili at the front counter had great customer service

Super busy with only 1 cashier and she has an attitude with no personality. The place is dirty and no parking.

Absolutely DISGUSTING! I ordered my food and the cashier asked me which sauce I wanted with my fries, and I asked for bbq. While my food was being prepared I asked her instead of bbq sauce could I get the secret sauce instead. She replied “no because I was charged already” I found that odd because I assumed all the sauces were the same price , but whatever I told her I would pay for it, then she told the cook that I didn’t want bbq sauce on my burger, I interrupted her and told her i was asking about the bbq on the side, CLEARLY she was confused.. but I still paid for the secret sauce when she could’ve just did an exchange. When I received my food and start to eat the burger and fries were so greasy that I vomited after a few bites🤮. I threw the food away!

Terrible customer service. Always a problem when I go there . My total was $11.10 and I gave them $12, they told me no change . I said that’s a whole 90 cents . She said her drawer can’t be short . Told me to leave and go get change. I ended up just tapping my phone and paid with my card . It be the crazy things they say to me. It’s always dirty in there. I don’t know why I come here it’s always when it’s 2am once a month or every 2-3 months when I need some food late night .
