But Today I Went In There & Ms.Charlene, Ms.Lolo and Ms.Lisa Gave Me The Best Customer Service I Ever Had At This Location The Was Respectful And Smiled and Had Food Ready Quicker Than I Ever Had. This Is The Best Group I Ever Seen Work In This Checkers Together.

Never order online you won't get what you ordered and get something way less then what you paid for paying 10 for a value menu burger also had to wait like 20 minutes for the tiny burger I didn't order but definitely don't go here if you want what you actually ordered reminds me on why I don't go here waste of money and time.
Also yes I tried contacting you via your website but it doesn't allow me to it's almost if like you don't want us to contact you.
But reading through the reviews it's a common issue so I might just cut my loss and just vow to never eat at checkers again

The outside of this place is filthy. The girl at the window kept slamming it and the 2 checker burgers I ordered were not hot, came with 3 shreds of lettuce, like 7 slices of pickles and a weird piece of onion I was afraid to eat. They were not busy at all and she never said they didn't have enough lettuce and toppings for the burgers. Getting the burgers I received is absolutely trifling. I guess she made me back up so I couldn't see those poorly made burgers she was about to give me.

Hear me out, fridge the fries and they taste waaay better. Call my crazy, but on a hot day those cold fries are niiice. Excellent people there too! :D
Personally, my food was good. However, my nephew's order was screwed up. He was pissed and wanted to return it, but in my opinion returning food is never a good idea 🤷🏿♂️🤣🤣

The employees were laughing, talking too much, and playing around over the food in that small place. I ordered a regular cheese burger that took a long time to get at the drive-thru while watching them carry on. Last stop there.
