I went to Checkers the other day on Dowelly Howell and Hamilton E. Holmes, and they are advertising that they have milkshakes, but stated that location don't have milkshakes. If that location... If that lotion If their location don't have milkshakes, you shouldn't be advertised that they have one, but at the same time I don't know one Checkers that don't have milkshakes.

My order was ready. If I could suggest one thing it would be to at least hire someone who is friendly and smiles.Jason is the only one that has personality and looks like he likes his job. I love checkers but HATE I went to this one. I should've known better but this is WHAT I get. NASTY!! I was picking up an order and decided to order myself something. Presentation is everything and the outside of the restaurant is horrible. The parking lot is trashy and they dont clean their windows. How do they pass inspections?? The service was fast BUT the food was cold so that let's me know it was already made. The drink tasted like mold, that means they DONT OR HAVENT CLEANED their drink nozzles in a LONG TIME. The cashier wasnt rude but you can tell she didn't want to be there. PLEASE OWNERS, dont let a good franchise like this go to waste!! Thanks

Employees seems to have and issue with helpfulness. I spent $30 on my order and the tea was old. When I informed the crew of the issue and asked to just swap it for a sprite I was told No. That they couldn’t do that. Just a very confusing and disappointing experience
Food was actually hot and decent today. This location is hit or miss sometimes. The guy that served me in the window tonight was really cool and super courteous!

Nahh this is probably the worst checkers ever.
First off the parking lot has giant pot holes. Customer service is awful, they get you to the window to pay then advise you that there is a wait for a particular items INSTEAD of letting you know prior to taking your payment so you can decide on your own, with your own free will if you in fact are able to wait on said food item.
Thursday October 2 was my last visit to this checkers location!
Waiting almost 20 mins for fast food and being denied a refund when asked is ridiculous.
