the food was good after I stood at the window 10min, not even acknowledged, ordered thru the app while standing at the window then waited another 20 minutes, still not even acknowledging the fact I'm staring at the employees at this point. I finally knock on the window with my phone and someone finally opens the window to see "what I want". finally get the food a couple minutes later and it was actually prepared how I ordered it

Why does every checkers look like someone has ran into the building? The neon lighting is falling off. It needs a good pressure washing and remodel. The food is actually pretty good. I love their french fries the staff is always very friendly but the atmosphere and the building definitely need some help like seriously every location from state to state that I’ve been to.

The reason I'm writing this because this checkers was very unprofessional and the employee had nasty attitude and my food was cold and the fries was hard and my drink was not filled to the right amount wish I get my refund back and didn't give me a receipt poor service
This Checkers on Donald Lee Hollowell is always slow and the customer service is pitiful! They need to close it down or do a makeover inside out. That includes the crew.

I’m not sure if I caught them on a bad day, but I won’t be returning. I ordered a 5-piece wing, the #7 combo, and a Pick 7, but the experience was disappointing. The chili on the hot dogs tasted like tomato paste, the burger was slightly burnt plus they forgot the bacon, and the chicken sandwich wasn’t good at all. To top it off, they asked me to pull up and wait, only to serve me cold food. Definitely not what I expected.

Don’t ever order checkers from door dash . I had 6 $5 dollars bags every last one was wrong . Fries was burnt . All the apples pies was smush . There was hair in my drinks . Just terrible !!!!!
