The line wasn’t very long, I got to the speaker and the automated cashier started speaking, even waiting for me to order. When I did, I had to change my mind and it promptly cancelled it. I ordered something else and pulled to the window. The young lady was very friendly and had a calm demeanor. She didn’t rush me nor did she have an attitude. My food was handed to me as soon as I got to the window. I paid, and she made my drink fresh. While I was waiting for that, I tasted my fries and they were HOT AND FRESH OUT THE GREASE! NOT stale grease either! My buns were toasted, I had extra onions like I asked, cheese melted perfectly. There was a young man sanitizing and wiping down their work areas, the floors were clean, while the cook was ON POINT! He was calm, in his zone, cooking and very presentable. I came on a Friday night around 11pm. BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE AND FOOD HANDS DOWN IN A LONG TIME! ??

It's really sad that I'm leaving this review having NOT gotten the chance to taste the food, this time around..I pulled up to the speaker and ATTEMPTED to place an order;only to be greeted by a robotic "Hello". "Please place your order.I am listening".I asked a question to help me make a decision on what I wanted to order, only to be greeted by the same "greeting".I pulled up to dingy,burglar-bar framed window,to be told to "go BACK around and talk to the robot"!Ph,and CARD ONLY!Needless to say,I took my gas and service elsewhere!
The customer service was absolutely awful and the location was dirty.

The Food was Delicious, Loved what I got. But the Service was a little iffy. The new Electronic Voice on the Drive thru is not the Best. & had to wait a Few minutes for my Food. But I can say it was Hot & it was Good. So can't Complain about the Wait.

I love Checkers but this location needs some attention! If I didn't know it, I would think that the building was condemned.Customer service was on point. Although my food taste great, the lettuce on my Chicken sandwich was turning brown, and my small French fries were not enough.They did honor my military discount.
