I wanted to use the special offer but my the pic below. I ordered a chicken sandwich, apple pie, and banana shake to be way above the $5 minimum. The “wonderful” workers decided to ring it up as a combo and couldn’t get the discount. And with that, I have to pay for their mistake. It gets better…one of the “PHD” male employees was like “you can drive back around” and wait another 30 minutes. Customer service is better during the day.

Waited in 1st line 10 mins to place my order. Then they sent me to the 2nd line to wait for an additional 15 mins. My order was incorrect. Went to inform my order was incorrect. Cashier said something to cook. He came up and just pointed at the receipt and walked off. I just asked for my money back. They started yelling for the manager. With how many cars it was and the wait I don’t know why she wasn’t helping. She came up. Did a reverse on the payment but couldn’t give me a receipt showing she did what she said. She didn’t even ask what happened. Did I want my correct order. (Not that I would have eaten anything made by the this cook.) Spent over $20 and waited over 30 mins to get nothing…. Never going here again. Do like the rest of the reviews and go somewhere else. I don’t expect anything to be done. Just had to let hard working people know where they are spending the money.

0 stars if could. Young lady (shift manager) I assume wants to argue with me after getting my order wrong an making me wait 12 minutes just to get the wrong food. I travel this country for work an this was the 2nd worst fast food I've been to AND I TRAVEL EVERYWHERE but I'm sure they want 15$ a hr also... the 2 guys working was nice that's all.. also people drinking twisted tea outside an smoking weed!! Cool!!

Can't give no ratings for the food or atmosphere because I can never order.When doing door dash, I try order something while I'm waiting for my customer food but they always deny me and tell me I have to drive to other side to order even if there is no one in line.One time I actually did it. I drove to pickup side and got my customer order then I drove to the other side and ordered 2 hotdogs. GUESS WHAT, THE SAME PERSIN WAITED ON ME ON BOTH SIDES, SO WHAT WAS THE DIFFERENCE.CHECKERS SITUATION IS SO JACKED UP, I WILL REFUSE ANY ORDERS PICKING UP FROM HERE IN THE FUTURE..

Literally had a roach shell in my chicken sandwhich. I bit my sandwhich leaving the store then when I got home, I unrolled my sandwhich and the roach shell was on it.Update!! Female (I’m assuming someone from management) called me and literally had me repeat everything that I had already included in my report to them. Once I’m done, she says “Well we don’t have roaches.” I couldn’t believe what I had heard. I literally hung up the phone because I literally ordered dinner for my little family, we went to the park, food was on the car. We stayed about 30min at the park and went straight home. Washed everyone’s hands then we sat at the table. I was so hungry I didn’t even look down to check my food sadly. I bit that sandwhich twice. I only noticed because my kid was trying to snatch my food. I looked down and saw the roach shell. To sit there and call me a liar is wild by saying y’all dnt have roaches. Yeah okay lady.

I went late night on February 13,2024 while waiting on my order, there was one employee with a hoodie covering her face. My food was cold (burger) and my nuggets was overcooked.

I was just at this place and waited at the order box for about 15 minutes before I decided to pull off and when I got to the window the girl was just walking around with the headset on. I also called the restaurant 4 times and no one answered the phone. This is one of the worst Checkers there is and I think they should be shut down, I never seen a restaurant with so many bad reviews and it's still open and the attitude of the employees is beyond ridiculous. I will not be visiting this Checkers ever again I'll drive to the next exit and go to Checkers on Hollowell Pkwy before I ever go here again.

If I could give this place zero stars I would me and my sister came here Friday night and was greeted by the ugly nasties attitude ever!!! He told us he was only taking online orders which it was only 11:30 they closed at 2. He told us get out his drive through, we told him we were about to place an online order he said so we can’t hold up his drive through. He was working by himself probably why he had an attitude idc that’s not my fault. We called the number to complain and will be calling everyday until something is done!! I spend to much money on checkers for that!

They are rude and at night they pick in choose what they want to make!!! I was greeted like this at the speaker”hello we only got a 1, a 3 or a 6!!! I asked do they got chili cheese fries answer was nope!! They rude on purpose they don’t want to work because I sure didn’t order after this!!

If I could give 0 stars I would. I had never been treated with such disrespect from a fast food restaurant. My family and I visited the location on December 14th, 2023 and they employee was working by himself with I thought was not right. He would not serve us food at all even after he told us that he was only taking online orders. Slammed the window in my face several times. And told us to get out his drive through line. I have already contacted the corporate office and I will not stop until I know that something is done. I do not care if it’s a training for him and his managers or a talk in the office. He does not need to treat anyone the way he treat my family. I also asked for his name which he never gave.
