Tale of 2 experiences. Went twice this week. Today and 2 days ago. 2 days ago we were welcomed and treated so well. The food was absolutely fabulous. I said I'd come back and I did. This time only 2 guys working. The guy working the counter seemed higher than a kite and seemed to let the other guy make sandwiches. It took about 25 min to get my sandwich and I was told they'd get me my soup because they were "heating it up." They never did.
Next time I'll certainly look and see who is working.

Ordered the ATL & they didn’t even heat the ingredients which made the sandwich cold & taste bad. I’m very disappointed because I love this place. Spoke to the asst. mgr. (by the way he was the chef) he offered to re-heat. No thanks !

So far the experience is not impressive. It’s IN the mall. They only had 3 jars of desserts (peach cobbler). No ice water - they only have a few selections of bottled drinks. Customer service is lacking. They take their darn GA sweet time (no hustle). The sandwich is good! The mini styrofoam cup of soup is silly (like a grocery store sample). It’s a good grab n go sandwich, but I don’t get the “gourmet” part ?!? They could do better

This place has fell off it dirty in there food does not taste the same at allllllllllll I’m a full time Uber driver who refers this place to every rider I drop off at Lenox mall but I haven’t eaten her in several months until today and man oh man I been referring out of town era here I hope after the tried this place they didn’t go back to Uber app and give me a low rating like I just did this place. YUCK 25 bucks down the toilet along with what I digested after eating here

Girl with the butterfly clips in her hair checking us out was slow, rude, and had the worst attitude I’ve ever seen in customer service in my entire life. Payed $40 and every single thing we did she would roll her eyes and make a snarky comment. Stated they were out of drinks when we tried ordering them besides the ones in their cooler and when we asked for a water she said “did you even look in the cooler?” Yes we did, and there were some in there, so that’s why we asked to buy them? Continued to talk about us in front of the other employees and continues to have a nasty attitude with every single person that walked into the restaurant. The most disrespect I’ve ever seen in a restaurant workplace. She should probably never work in customer service ever again. I’ve never felt so uncomfortable being in a restaurant EVER, and they probably will go out of business soon if they continue to have employees treating customers in this regard. Will never be back thanks to one unprofessional employee.

I love everything about this place! I had the ATL and it was absolutely delicious 🤤! I then brought my “ foodie” daughter to try it and she fell in love. The atmosphere is warm and friendly and pays homage to metro Atlanta burbs. The staff are working hard and yet they are still very friendly. We need more locations please 🙏.

I just had the ATL sandwich, and it was absolutely incredible! Who would have thought that cornbread, macaroni and cheese with collared greens, could be so delicious? It might sound a bit pricey, but trust me, it’s worth every penny. ❤️🧀

Was excited to try a new spot with a classic comfort food. Staff was friendly and inviting welcoming us in. They even shared what some of their favorite menu items were. We placed our order and waited for 30 minutes for our 2 grilled cheese sandwiches to be made. At the 30 minute mark, I went up to the register to ask what was going on. They said my food was never made. I asked for a refund which they issued without hesitation. It’s a shame, because I was excited to try their food. The place was decorated very nicely though.
Phenomenal grilled cheese, I got the spicy one, had pickles in it. Amazing. Soup is amazing

The guy that work here is not very pleasant at all I won’t be back. With only 2 customers it’s taking forever to get a grill cheese sandwich..then I couldn’t even eat it bread too hard 2 little pieces of lunch meat. Refunded 🤦🏾♀️ this review saddens me.

It’s always hot in here and the worst part is I’m sure everyone is high as a kite because they messed up a vegan grilled cheese and left out half the ingredients. They move like snails and don’t care if you wait 30 minutes per sandwich.
