Wish this Chick-fil-A was better since it’s so close to me but I’m disappointed every time- it seems like they don’t change the oil enough and the nuggets don’t have a great taste. Everything is always suboptimal. Also the drive thru line at 6 am took 13 minutes! 😔

Not a great experience. Ate dinner here and ordered 2 meals and a kids meal. They forgot our Chick-fil-A sauces that were clearly listed on the receipt as well as the kale salad and gave us zero napkins. We discovered we were missing all of these things slowly so me and my husband had to go up 3 times. They have no stations with condiments or napkins. There’s a picture on the wall of a boy eating a kids meal with a plastic cling placement and I remembered getting those from chickfilas in the past but I wasn’t going to go up a fourth time to ask for it. When my husband asked for napkins he waited a couple of minutes by the counter while other employees walked by and averted their eyes. Finally a woman wearing office clothes and name tag came by and he asked her and she acts like he’s being unreasonable and gives him an attitude resulting in me leaving this review.
They do have a play place!

Everyone is wrong this place is the best. There is a conspiracy with all these low reviews. Make your own food if you wanna complain so much like shut up bro. Fast food workers ain't paid enough to serve you in the first place.

The drive-thru greeter was awesome. There after ensued an onslaught of disappointing experiences. The drink machine disbursed some carbonated mixture that was labeled kiwi lemonade, the fries were luke warm borderline cold, and the sandwich was prepared upside down (lettuce, tomatoes on the bottom of the sandwich). The other person order was missing an item , and the regular lemonade looked as if could have seriously made someone ill. Decided to not chance it and threw them away. Which caused a return visit back to Chick-fil-A .

This was the worst experience I've ever had at chick fil la.. The lines were beyond long. The order was short of what was paid for and the lemonade was awful. I ordered two large and couldn't even taste it once before throwing it away. The fries were cold and I had to turn around only for the things that was replaced was even worse. Only b
ecause of the reputation I will go back but to this location never again

How can anyone in a higher position look at this review and previous review from other people and refuse to do anything to make this location better? Customer service here is just horrendous altogether. I know CFA prides themselves on customer service… but this location shows the exact opposite.
I’ve had multiple issues with service here but never said anything… but today was it for me.
I came and ordered my food and order a spicy club sandwich with American cheese and large fries. The cashier outside, Tyler, was literally yawning in my face (three times!!) as I was ordering. No wonder my food was incorrect!! I got a spicy regular sandwich without cheese. He rang it in wrong because he was so tired and uninterested to even take my order. I got to the window they asked if my name was Jamie and i said no it’s Jasmine. So Tyler didn’t even listen while getting my NAME?
This location has consistently provided bad service for the past year or so. I don’t think I’ve heard anyone say “my pleasure!” Or even a simple “hello!” as a greeting. Am I at Chick Fil A or Popeyes? May receive better service at Popeyes honestly. 😒
Please keep the free meal you all will offer me and give it to someone else. Maybe one of the unhoused individuals in the area. The only thing that can make this situation right is a manager who steps in and actually fixes the customer service issue here!!
