We had a wonderful experience working with Scarlett for our lunch catering at Georgia Tech Institute of Technology. She made the entire process so easy from start to finish!
Scarlett worked closely with me to create a menu that fit our team of 36, thoughtfully accommodating three separate allergies. Her team confirmed all delivery and setup details the day before, which gave me complete peace of mind. She was also incredibly responsive to a last-minute change—something I was especially grateful for!

insanely unfortunate layout for a restaurant at an engineering school… be prepared to be shoulder to shoulder waiting for 15-20 minutes. idk why they haven’t made changes to accommodate the influx between 11-2 but maybe just eat somewhere else

They didn't cut the chicken in my salad then the lady told me it was because they can't cut fillets and I asked her how I should've asked for it and she told me to ask for it cut, then she gave me a plastic butterknife and told me to cut it myself. Also, the dressing they gave me was leaking. The salad leaves themselves were not fresh and tasted bitter.

The soda pop drinks are refillable, that is free refills, just have queue in line. No DIY.

Went to GT campus and found this Chick-fil-A inside the campus . Very useful for students. It gets crowded during peak lunch times and breakfast time .. good service .. they are quite fast in orders. Priced ok. ✅ coffee was average . Hash browns were too good ! Overall a good experience..
3 sauces a person? Chick-fil-a is a multi billion dollar corporation, a sauce limit is criminal.

The chicken sandwiches are what you would expect, generally decent. I like their waffle fries, they're definitely quite unique. The chicken nuggets however are very small and dissapointing and those I don't recommend
