This experience at this restaurant was very disappointing and distasteful with it being my first time at this location the manager handed me my food and said she will be working on my drinks to bring them to me .and I ask a crew member can I revive my drinks and she said (older lady with long black dreads ) they are being worked on as I have been standing there for already ten minutes. Response was just very rude and the staff were not attentive to why I was just standing in the front or assisting to what is wrong with my order . The atmosphere was very nerve wrecking and not pleasant to where another visit at this location is out of the question.

To start my review I want to add this is my FIRST AND LAST impression of this Chick-Fil-A location! From the moment I exited the parking garage there were NO clear directions anywhere throughout colony square indicating where this location is. The google images from 6 years ago are HEAVILY misleading! Then when I FINALLY found the location from asking various people through passing I wasn’t even greeted upon entering. While I waited for my order I asked an employee about validating parking in which she told me misinformation saying that politian row will validate parking, which is true, but the employee failed to inform me a purchase had to be made with Politian Row. Upon returning from inquiring with a supervisor of the food hall, I expressed the incident to the other staff members to make them aware to prevent any further misinformation to customers and I was met with unreceptive behavior from what I believe to be a shift manager as his shirt was not the red shirt. If you’re in a time crunch or expecting pleasant service please go to Ponce or West Midtown location; trust me they’re far better!!

Great food and service as always. Only issue is the location. It's not where it showed on the Google map. It's actually on the corner of 14th and Peachtree, closer to the 14th street side and up the stairs. We circled around the shopping center a few times before finding someone to direct us to it.

It's our first choice for dinner after arriving in the US after a long flight!
This location was good. Friendly helpful staff and didn't wait too long for food.
Lovely juicy perfectly cooked chicken and really good waffle fries.
I had the frosted coffee drink for the first time and really enjoyed it. Great coffee taste and icy texture.
Definitely recommend!

For the business that likely makes the most money at colony square, they don’t validate parking. And it’s not like the profit per person ain’t high enough when an entree, not a full meal is still typically $10.

this is the worst Chick-fil-A I have ever been to. I have learned it’s a corporate Chick-fil-A which you would think would have the best service but no. It’s a “training and development” store but I have not seen any training nor development from the employees that work there. I would pray that Chick-fil-A decides to invest in supervisors to actually watch what their employees do. I have to pay the same price as a regular Chick-fil-A please provide the same quality
