Love you guys and I go there all the time. I’m heartbroken that you didn’t have enough biscuits for breakfast service though… and then you tried to offer me an English muffin, which is sacrilegious in the south.

Not entirely sure why there's a lot of negative reviews here.

My service is usually pretty quick if I avoid the rushes. Peak times are anywhere from 8-9 and from 12-2pm and is absolutely slammed. If you avoid these times you're likely to get better service and hotter food.

I happened to stop by the Colony Square Chick Fil A this past Monday, Nov. 11th.. iThe food was good but the 3 employees working were so RUDE...This was during the breakfast time...ALL 3 had an attitude like they didn't want to bebothered, lazy looking and definitely not nice...Not even a Thank You or May I help you when I walked in.

Usually when this type of behavior is allowed, it represents poor management.
I know One thing...Ill jever stop by there again...,

I had an exceptional experience at Chick-fil-A under the leadership of Mariesha! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm smiles from every staff member. Mariesha clearly leads by example, as the entire team reflects her dedication to providing an outstanding dining experience.

The restaurant itself is spotless, with cleanliness maintained to the highest standards. It's refreshing to see a place where both the food and the atmosphere are consistently great.
