It's said the chain has the most 'positive' customer service experience is untrue. This location is AWFUL in every way. I know I've encountered managers at this location at the drive-up & they're attitudes are NASTY. It's always rushed, foods wrong, high employee turnovers. More training is needed for all! Sad experiences.

I love Chick-fil-A, but this location is way too rushed. The moment you pull up, they’re already demanding, “What do you want?” before you even have a chance to breathe or look at the menu. It feels like they expect you to know your whole order before you even roll the window down. A little patience and an actual “How can I help you?” would make the experience so much better.

I had a horrible experience with the on-shift manager after voicing a concern about the consistently long wait times at this location. Every morning before work, whether I order ahead on the mobile app or in person, I end up waiting anywhere from 5 to 10 minutes for my food.
When I brought this up to the manager, Winnet, her response was, “I’m not sure what happened the other day because I wasn’t here.” There was no apology, no empathy — just a dismissive response that left me completely shocked. She offered to comp my breakfast, but I declined. This isn’t about a free meal — it’s about customer service and effective management. At this point, it’s clear that both are seriously lacking at this location.

One of the best CFA restaurants that I have encountered so far. Friendly team members, super clean and tidy restaurant, and I can see the owner personally working hard to clear off the queue inside and outside at the drive through during a Saturday 11am transition from breakfast to lunch time. I also observed a team member singing along while cleaning the table, a sign that this is a pleasant workplace for him. Bottomline, my favourite place that I keep returning when I’m around the area.
My favorite Chick fil a. I drive past the one near my home just to come see everyone, always knowing my name before I even have to speak. Hearing “Hey Smiley!” Everyday makes my day. Yall rock
