Drive thru is a CF. Don't ever get in the outside aisle. They're beyond incompetent to service this. You'll simply end up watching 15 cars get served before you do. Pathetic planning and execution.

This chickfila is just as good as the rest but this location seem to always mess up my order in the drive thru. I feel like I give my order clear as day but there is always something misheard or added/taken away from my order. I suggest the cashiers start repeating the orders back before asking to pay since they are the ones typing the orders into their tablets. By the time I reach the window and get my food I don’t even know my order is wrong until I have driven off. Then I have to either go inside and complain over small details/money because of not being heard correctly or just move on mad at chickfila for the rest of my day. And since your not seeing everything you pay for in the drive thru (because there’s no receipt until you get your food… with no prices attached either) you really don’t know what you paying for and I’ve been overcharged TO STILL NOT GET MY CORRECT ORDER TOO MANY TIMES. sorry for the rant love the food just tired of being tried. Food is just too expensive these days to be wrong! This is my local chickfila so I want/need yall to do better! PLEASE

Today, Friday, Jan 10,2025, it snowed in the ATL. And even in the snow ❄️ when they could've been home with their families, they still showed up to serve! Needless to say, the service was delivered with even more kindness, care, and sincerity. Thank you, Chick-fil-A, for choosing people who care about their self-image as well as the image that supports the Chick-fil-A standard! 👍 😀
I really enjoyed my dine in today. I’ve been to many chickfilas and all were great service but this one stands out by far. Food was up as soon as I paid. I mean quick! I had to have them hold it until I can back from the rest room. And then as I finished up ansleigh was cleaning up in my area I was dining in at and she offered to refill my drink and took my tray for me. I mean I feel like I should tip her! Totally above and beyond I greatly appreciate that since my menu g started out rough. I’d like t say Happy new year to all the staff at this location and your services are truly appreciated.
