An elderly friend and I ate here on a Wednesday night after church. We arrived at 8:47 pm for dine-in service. We placed our orders and sat at a table. We had checked Google Maps before we drove up there and it showed a closing time of 10pm. A few minutes past 9pm, employee Daniel approached us and said that we would have to leave. When we told him that the closing time on Google Maps was 10pm, he said that only applied to the drivethrough and that the dining room closed at 9pm (of which no one informed us when we placed our order). My friend asked for 5 minutes to finish his sandwich. Daniel said no and told us the manager wanted us to leave, so we left everything on the table as it was and we left. My friend and I were so shocked and embarrassed at being denied just 5 minutes to finish our meal. The food we got to eat was delicious; however, the service was atrocious. Will never give this location another dime.

just nowI was really disappointed and the standard of customer service at this location specifically as it relates to the absence of upper managements ability to use critical thinking skills to make a minor decision to ultimately satisfy the customer. This location has become another low-level customer service franchise where the customer is not valued and appreciated. I will not be visiting this location again. You are selling a service please do better to keep your customer satisfied. With all of the competing alternatives, I will gladly take my business elsewhere.
