This Chick-fil-a does a great job getting you in and out granted the busy location on Howell Mill. My one complaint is the fries. They taste very bland and seems to be unique to this location.

I went to chick fila today at 12:45pm. The lady in the drive through did not give Chick fil an energy. It was giving very much McDonalds vibes. If i want rude dry service id go to Mickey Ds not spend $40 at Chick Fil A 😩

Hello I was doing deliver at this location not rlly the best customer service experience , honestly could’ve done better and the manger very dismissive with trying to help with my order Josh the director of operations nice job stepping into the situation and trying to save the day but unfortunately I am quite observant of how and what you all were doing. Disgusted behavior especially from an operations personal it is apart of your employees policy to greet the customer and not just stare what is that it would be seemly so they seem not to enjoy their jobs I got a tip find better ones. And trying to conceal your badges and nameplates standard classic hands down worst place I’ve ever walked into

Bless my boyfriend for driving me here in the snow. Bless this chickfila. Bless the workers, for they blessed us with the gift of chicken. It's snowing outside, and we visited a chickfila close to our house and waited for 20 mins in the line just for them to tell us they are closed. So then we go to this chickfila, and they let us know that they are also closed but they have some food still remaining if we want to order it. And BLESS THEM FOR REAL. I am PREGNANT and craving this and literally started bawling when they first said they were closed and now this chickfila is my favorite and they all deserve a raise for coming in when it's snowing and providing me with a chicken sandwich AND FOR LEFTOVERS THE FRIES WERE STEAMUNG HOT OH MY GOODNESS THANK YOU ALL.

After the first time forgetting sauces, I thought it was a fluke. After it happened repeatedly and I have to go back in the car and go back to the restaurant to get sauces is ridiculous. You would think, “it’s chick fil a, they always have accurate bags”
