All was going well until an angry customer came in talking loud and yelling at employees behind the counter because they attempted to make sure the to go order was his food. I guess due to the location ppl come in and grab to go food that doesn't belong to them.

I recently visited Chick-fil-A and had an exceptional experience thanks to Jeanae and her amazing staff! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm smiles and top-notch professionalism. The entire team was courteous and went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. Jeanae’s positive attitude truly set the tone, and Jeanne was also incredibly helpful. Their friendly demeanor and attention to detail made my visit even more enjoyable. This kind of service is why I always come back to Chick-fil-A! Highly recommend this fantastic team!

My chicken sandwich and potatoes fries was cold and greasy. In addition, I thought they soaked their chicken in pickle juice. Mine was slathered with salt. Nastiness in Buckhead!

It’s your standard Chick-fil-A. Staff is friendly, menu is just like you expect it to be at every single location, ever. Not a lot of seating inside, but it’s a big-city location where people are in and out all day to grab food and go.
I got a large side of fruit and have no complaints. It was fresh and had a great mix of fruit- sometimes you get the fruit side and it’s mostly apple, so it was a nice surprise to see so many strawberries and blueberries in the mix ?

I went in today to the chick fil a located at 3280 peachtree rd ne to use my points to get a free 8 count nugget. I told the cashier T.T that I wanted nuggets.She asked for a drink. I repeated that I only wanted nuggets.I scanned my points and the machine told me I owed money. I asked why do I owe money when it's supposed to be free and she said she didn't know why. Did not clarify with me my order or give me my receipt. I leave and I noticed I had a fry In the bag. I thought to myself ok that was kind for the inconvenience of me having to pay they gave me a complimentary fry. But then I put 2 and w together that I paid for a meal without my permission.I turn around.Have to repark. Walk BACK to the establishment.(The fries were cold and nasty might I add. Not fresh whatsoever. ) and tell them I need a refund. Cierra W. Walks over and issues a refund. She wasn't listening to what I was explaining to her were major lack of attention and listening skills by her coworker considering she wasn't listening when I asked why I had to pay NOR my order ! She was extremely dismissive and then reaches her hand in my bag and snatches the fries OUT OF THE BAG to "throw them away" doesn't offer any new fries or drink for the inconvenience. Doesn't apologize. I call her out that I've worked in fast food and IVE NEVER heard of someone taking BACK a mistake they made and throwing it in the trash. ESPECIALLY after COVID. She did it to be petty.! I have never received chick fil a service like this. Will not be coming back

I ordered on the mobile app to make sure my food would be ready they didn’t start my order until after i arrived it took 20 mins for a number 1 that’s ridiculous and all Ciara the manager said was I’m sorry meanwhile she handed the customer in front of me a gift card !!!

I was very disappointed in the quality of my food and customer service I received. My food was cold, soggy, and wrong!! This location is very unprofessional and the WORST location I've ever been to!! I called customer service and did not receive any accommodations; so hopefully the accommodations are them fixing the problem with their staff.
