Elvira is awesome! First time coming into a Chick fil A and she makes a wonderful impression for the company. Great positive energy and I liked how she used my name during our interaction. I’ve had better chicken sandwiches in my life and I found the prices too high for the quality and quantity, but Elvira is certainly doing all she can. Great job!

This is one the slowest , rudest branches I have ever been to and it's crazy considering they don't even have a drive throughThe food is always warm or cold and if you want it fresh, you have to wait another 15 minutes after already waiting a long time for your order . How convenient on a break.The tables are also dirty and the employees don't have the chick fil a standard at all. It's giving McDonald's

Even when this location is slammed with customers from the attached office complex, the service is fast and friendly. I recommend walking as there’s really no parking unless you’re using a mobile order pickup spot. This location does not offer any of the soups Chick Fil A normally carries such as the chicken noodle or seasonal chicken tortilla.

The team doesn’t seem interested in work or may not be friendly but the vibe isn’t energetic nor fit hey acknowledge you.As for the food, I know there is no way to melt the cheese besides on the sandwich but the sandwich had NO heat. It’s like it was left in the warmer all day and they needed to sell it. I know CFA stands for “quick” but if the quality is not to standard, I’d rather wait.

I expected a much better experience since the Chickfila heaquarters is near and Chickfila was founded in GA....but, nope. The location is easy to walk to if nearby but it's not a great experience once inside.

Let me just say I love Chick Fil A!!!But — this location is terrible! There is NO parking!! Read that again — NO FREAKING PARKING!!! After finally figuring out where I could legally park I ordered my order via the app and walked into the store … only to discover that this location is the slowest group of workers of any location!!! There were 5 people working the front of the store and 4 of them were standing around chatting! I have no idea how many people were working in the back but they were obviously killing and feathering the chicken to fry it up for my meal!!! Ugh!!! Seriously the management could cut their labor expenses in half by getting rid of everyone standing around. It took 10 minutes for my order to be completed. And there were customers who were waiting for their orders when I came in and they were still there when I left with my order. Slow!!!!

I was trying to place a catering order online and was having trouble completing my order, so I called the store. There is a reason I don’t mention Chick-Fil-A when I tell people what my favorite fast food places are because THEY ARE IN A LEAGUE OF THEIR OWN!!!I was assisted by El and I couldn’t imagine getting a better customer experience. They were patient when I gushed about my modest order and was willing to accommodate all of my needs. We need more people like El and we need more companies like Chik-Fil-A that choose the best employees for the job. I know where I’m calling next time I need to order food for my team.
