I stopped by the Chick-fil-A at Lenox Mall and ordered a Spicy Chicken Deluxe. When I got home and opened it, I found a fly (or some kind of bug) on the pickle. I had already started eating before I noticed, which was really upsetting. I couldn’t go back since I had already left the mall after shopping.
I usually love Chick-fil-A and never have issues, but this experience was really disappointing. Hoping the team pays closer attention to food prep.

Ashley working in the front had an unpleasant demeanor and wasn’t welcoming or nice. I told her the name of order first last name and she still stated she didn’t have any order for that name. Other team members had to show her my order causing me extreme long wait at the counter could have been avoided by being efficient and paying attention. Horrible long experience for a prepaid order at that
The WORST chick fil a! Fries always cold, attitudes, no customer service ! If they mess up your order they’ll never apologize, they’ll just have an attitude. I just order a meal with chick fil a sauce and buffalo sauce . These people have me BBQ and hot sauce !!!!!!!! I

Never had bad experience at chick fil a until today. Drink order wrong and reluctant to fix it, (person too busy talking to others to listen) , so took it, then 20 minutes+ wait for food. Horrible place.

Food was old. My hashbrowns were soggy and cold. My chicken biscuit was hard, stale, and cold, which was shocking considering I ordered egg white on it. Then my chicken was cold. Chicken mini biscuits were old and cold. Basically I got to work and threw my food away.
They are so sweet to me here! Also my friends think im crazy but I SWEAR the mac and cheese at this location is better than other CFA's!!! I don't know what they're doing differently but keep it up!

The chick- Fil-A inside Lenox mall is the worst location in the state of Ga. They screw my order up every time I go there. Tonight a young lady named Princess took my order, no pickles, no butter on the bun. Simple right, still messed me up and gave me the spicy sandwich instead. They stand around talking to each other, taking your order comes second to them having a personal conversation. After my experience tonight, I am officially never eating chick Fil a again. Fake hospitality 🤷🏾♂️Customer service is horrible at this location. They just want to take your cash and could care less if your order is accurate or if your food is of high quality. They simply don’t CARE!!!
