Peace be upon this location. Just came from a pilgrimage in Ethiopia and was craving ChickFila. So happy i came to this location in Lenox Mall because Avery was so friendly and welcoming even while with another customer yet being attentive to that said customer. His team that evening were also on point especially because it was closing yet he still executed great service. It definitely doesn’t feel like it’s in a mall. Thank you Avery!

I stopped by the Chick-fil-A at Lenox Mall and ordered a Spicy Chicken Deluxe. When I got home and opened it, I found a fly (or some kind of bug) on the pickle. I had already started eating before I noticed, which was really upsetting. I couldn’t go back since I had already left the mall after shopping.
I usually love Chick-fil-A and never have issues, but this experience was really disappointing. Hoping the team pays closer attention to food prep.
We ordered a kid's meal for lunch and not only was our order taken in minutes (despite the long lines), but it was given to us within minutes, hot and fresh. What's great about Chick-Fil-A is that the food and service is always consistently good and fast. This counts for a lot when you have a impatient and picky eater. Thanks to Carolle for wishing us a great day too!

Ashley working in the front had an unpleasant demeanor and wasn’t welcoming or nice. I told her the name of order first last name and she still stated she didn’t have any order for that name. Other team members had to show her my order causing me extreme long wait at the counter could have been avoided by being efficient and paying attention. Horrible long experience for a prepaid order at that
