They are so sweet to me here! Also my friends think im crazy but I SWEAR the mac and cheese at this location is better than other CFA's!!! I don't know what they're doing differently but keep it up!

The chick- Fil-A inside Lenox mall is the worst location in the state of Ga. They screw my order up every time I go there. Tonight a young lady named Princess took my order, no pickles, no butter on the bun. Simple right, still messed me up and gave me the spicy sandwich instead. They stand around talking to each other, taking your order comes second to them having a personal conversation. After my experience tonight, I am officially never eating chick Fil a again. Fake hospitality 🤷🏾♂️Customer service is horrible at this location. They just want to take your cash and could care less if your order is accurate or if your food is of high quality. They simply don’t CARE!!!

I have never had a bad experience at Chick fil A since 2008. This one at lenox is usually fine but today they were really rude and served me a cold 4 piece meal and acted as if it was my fault. I won't be back trust and believe that.
The coffee taste weak and disgusting. Not going back. That was a waste. Let us know if you are rinsing the coffee grounds off.

Food was good, I stopped in on my way to work. Wasn't very busy surprisingly during the early morning rush hour. I didn't have to wait too long. The staff was nice and attentive.

I go here pretty often since I work down the road but their quality since opening has gone down significantly. From having bugs in my salad to getting my order wrong twice on the same order ??♀️ I still love CFA just maybe a more seasoned one
We use the one in Lenox square Mall they are always friendly always busy but they get you waited on very quickly. We always get the chocolate milkshake it's very good and thick.

I had to wait for a good 15 minutes for an order of 2 chicken tenders while several people who placed their orders after I placed my order were getting their food.
