I don’t recommend eating here at this Chick-fil-a in Lenox food court. Today there was a rat in the restaurant. They closed for like 2 minutes and opened again. I think it is not safe for chick-fil-a employees to do this!!
Pam was the absolute kindest person in the entire mall!! She really delivered when I asked for extra ice in my sweet tea. She is a queen, give her a raise!!!!!

Come to the counter placed my order. Took 20 min. To get my order. Once got order it was wrong order.. Had to wait another 8 min the them to make a new order. Both orders of chicken strips for hard and cold...What are wait of money had to put it in trash
