So I’ve been a consumer in this area for more than 20 urs and have assisted some very prominent families. Today as a dasher I’m just delivering. But these employees are overly zealous. I repeat I DO NOT want to keep these people food. I can buy Chik finals myself to consume. Okay confirm the order after that u don’t need to keep looking in my phone. Once we hit continue and take a pic and confirm again. It’s still my enough. Out of all the places it’s you guys that push too hard. I make money big steal orders. Shame n the nerve

I absolutely hate coming to this location for breakfast, I always have issues, the lady who was at the window (Hispanic/ had on a non red shirt) I’m assuming she may be a manager for mornings she is always at the window when I come. Each and every time I come to this location the biscuits are thrown together, I get the same chicken biscuit and each and EVERY time the biscuits are thrown in the wrapping and crumbling as soon as you try to lift it. I have never had this happen at any other location throughout Georgia that I have been to. When I took my biscuit back today after being fed up with just accepting whatever they give me, the lady at the window had a huge frown on her face ,and so did the other girl standing behind her as if I inconvenienced them (there was no one in line btw) and said “it was free” when I told her I wanted a new biscuit..(I’m assuming she said this because I got a free reward for the biscuit I ordered and didn’t have to pay for it ) and it threw me for a loop because that’s basically like saying “oh you got it for free so just take what you got and be happy” I spend a lot of money at Chick-fil-A and I highly doubt the store owner would be happy about this type of service.. i don’t know what’s up with the breakfast crew at this location but their attitudes are TERRIBLE.. not the best representation of Chick-fil-A service at all.. I never have any issues when the lunch crew comes in ( THEY ARE AMAZING , delivery and all! ) which by the way are completely different individuals from breakfast. I work nearby in a medical building, and a lot of my coworkers frequent this location for lunch never had an issue there! Morning crew do better please!

Not sure what’s wrong with this Chickfila , it’s not the standard chickfila experience. Watered down lemonade, wrong drinks given, ice cream cups half full. Very disappointing because the location is very convenient to i75.

I work close to this chick fil a...I am there a few times a month...I just wish the employees mainly Mary would talk to the customer like we are really people and not robots...You are all so rehearsed in what to say...mainly Mary that it makes the customer uncomfortable

The team did a great job providing excellent service, a positive atmosphere, and welcoming guests with a smile. My standard is always either the 12 count nuggets or chicken sandwich. I also enjoy the chicken biscuits. This is a too busy location, and you need to be a bit patient. It is worth it.
