This Chick-fil-A location is excellent! The food is always fresh, hot, and consistent, and the service is quick and friendly. The staff here actually take the time to get the order right and make you feel welcome. I’ve had such a better experience at this location compared to the one on Roswell Rd near Flying Biscuit. If you want great food and even better service, I highly recommend choosing this Chick-fil-A over the other one.

As someone who has always loved Chick-fil-A, despite the many changes over the past several years, this particular location was a disappointment when it came to my salad. I nearly always order the Southwest Salad and this is the first time I’ve had one where the lettuce was on the verge of going bad, nearly soggy. The salad looked like somebody shook the heck out of it before they gave it to me as it was all disheveled looking. The chicken strips didn’t taste fresh. I do appreciate that this location still has a playground. I really hope improvements are made to this location, as I’ve read through the reviews and my experience is not unique.

Overall I’ve had a good experience at this chick fil a but have had a few issues in the past. I have had mislabeled sandwiches given to me before and cold fries. I will say today I was impressed with hot fries and correct order. I did have to wait a couple minutes longer for my order than I’m typically used to in most CFAs but happy to see some improvement here!

I have patronized this Chick-fil-A for over 20 years since the day it opened and it’s not what it used to be. Today during lunch the drive-thru was particularly slow for a CFA, 2 employees greeted me with frowns, even the grilled chicken sandwich I got had dry chicken and mushy tomatoes. Don’t know what’s going on but I’m very sad. :( Chick-fil-A was great because of the quick, friendly service and fresh quality food. All of that was missing today.

I am a huge advocate of Chik-fil-A. Their food is consistently outstanding. Their processes are efficient, the fries are fire, and the sweet tea is A1.
Customer service and attentiveness have taken a hit, but that’s not Chick-fil-A’s fault, but a lack of parenting, “Tik Tok educations,” and the overall decline of human connection.
That being said, I will continue visiting Chik-fil-A multiple times/wk. Their rewards program is phenomenal and I will happily accept a job “turning around” my local store, should the opportunity arise.
