The girl who took my order was really sweet but she messed up a few things. When I got to the window the person standing outside handing out orders was rude. I’ve never encountered a rude person at any Chick-fil-A. Well, she handed me my drink and I advised it that id ordered a large drink. She took the ticket off the bag and said, that’s not on the receipt. Then the drink was an unsweetened tea and I’d ordered half SWEET tea half lemonade …. She didn’t even attempt to make my drink correct like I asked She just stood there looking like the mean principal from Matilda.

I asked for a wrap but instead of cold grilled chicken, I wanted spicy fried chicken and the lady said they don’t do that anymore it’s discontinued. I’m pretty sure they misunderstood for the cold spicy fried wrap.
Anyways, I will be going to a different CFA from now on. I have gotten a cool grilled chicken wrap but instead of cold, I got fresh hot fried spicy chicken in my wrap before no issues.

Pains me to write this but this has to be the worst run CFA in all of Atlanta. Orders are wrong almost every time, the inside is filthy, the staff is rude, and the parking lot is a nightmare. Hope they can get their act together as it's been like this for a while. Disappointing!

I've been coming to this location for over three years now. The food and service used to be WONDERFUL, but I don't know what's happened in the last year. The service is not great or even good. You can tell the people working there are miserable and would rather be anywhere else. The last six times I've gone here, my sauce order has been wrong ( I only ask for two different sauces and they always leave out one of them). My fries have been consistently gross/soggy, and a lot of the time it's only half full. They've just increased their prices but the quality and service has drastically decreased. I wish there was a different location closet to my house, but there's not. I should just give up trying to get the quality of food and service I used to get here. Take my advice and go to ANY other location if possible.

Parking: Very tight parking lot and drive through lanes. It's just a Chick-fil-A thing.
