Usually this restaurant is good. Tonight I watched three different families order come out wrong. There wasn’t a line inside. Steven, specifically took my order and didn’t listen I asked for grilled nuggets and half sweet and unsweetened tea Togo. I got fried nuggets and lemonade. Along with a family asking for ice cream cones instead of the cups and he just smiling walking off. No type of urgency at all and should listen more so he doesn’t have to work harder.

Just ordered a kid's meal for a pick up on a busy week night. Only after I drove off and after he started eating some bites, we realized the order was missing the fries and the sauce. Really disappointing.

Shame. This location was very solid in the past, but it seems like something is wrong every time I go here now. Food cold, items missing, wrong order, long wait, etc or a combination of those. This morning, for instance, I waited twenty minutes in the drive thru during non-peak time and received a piece of chicken slightly bigger than the size of a chicken strip in my cold chicken biscuit. Going to have to start going the extra drive to the Sandy Springs location.

Service is terrible. Slowest drive thru ever. Obviously this is someone who just wanted a franchise business, didn’t care what brand, and has not embraced the chick fil a system. I waited in the drive thru and finally got out and went inside. A drab, lifeless staff.
This is the slowest moving Chick-fil-a I have ever been to!! I sat in the drive thru 35 mins the line barely was moving!! I ordered a milkshake and a chicken tortilla soup by the time I made it to the window my milkshake was watery meaning it had been sitting!! The customer service was excellent it’s just the speed was a 0

The front counter person didn't ask if I was dine in or carry out so my food sat getting cold until I went to the counter to inquire. There were only 2 other customers in the restaurant when I came in but I had to wipe food off my seat and the overall appearance was bad.

This Chick-fil-A location is excellent! The food is always fresh, hot, and consistent, and the service is quick and friendly. The staff here actually take the time to get the order right and make you feel welcome. I’ve had such a better experience at this location compared to the one on Roswell Rd near Flying Biscuit. If you want great food and even better service, I highly recommend choosing this Chick-fil-A over the other one.
