This Chick-fil-A location is excellent! The food is always fresh, hot, and consistent, and the service is quick and friendly. The staff here actually take the time to get the order right and make you feel welcome. I’ve had such a better experience at this location compared to the one on Roswell Rd near Flying Biscuit. If you want great food and even better service, I highly recommend choosing this Chick-fil-A over the other one.
As someone who has always loved Chick-fil-A, despite the many changes over the past several years, this particular location was a disappointment when it came to my salad. I nearly always order the Southwest Salad and this is the first time I’ve had one where the lettuce was on the verge of going bad, nearly soggy. Overall I’ve had a good experience at this chick fil a but have had a few issues in the past. I have had mislabeled sandwiches given to me before and cold fries. I will say today I was impressed with hot fries and correct order. I did have to wait a couple minutes longer for my order than I’m typically used to in most CFAs but happy to see some improvement here!
