I’m tired of going to chick fil a and not getting the amount of sauce I ask for. Billion dollar corporation pinching Pennie’s while their business model is customer service.

I had a terrible experience at this Chick-fil-A. The food was cold and tasted awful, and the service was just as disappointing. I had to repeat my order multiple times, yet it still wasn’t correct. Unlike every other Chick-fil-A I’ve been to, this location seemed more focused on rushing people through the line than actually providing quality service or making sure customers received what they ordered. I’ve never had such a bad Chick-fil-A experience before. I will be avoiding this location and going to the Chick-fil-A near Chastain instead, where the food and service are consistently much better.

First time ever getting not so great food. Had the breakfast minis and the bread was doughy and you could taste the flour. And it was cold. Like I said first time ever.

This is a beautiful Chick-fil-A with lots of windows and high ceilings. The service was great, super friendly employees and very fast. I was disappointed to see no play place as the Google listing lists a playground.

For the first time at a ChicfilA, it was missing a straw for the milk shake. I waved the lady over and she got it for more. I left just to discover I had to go back in the terrible traffic for the sauces. My daughter couldn't eat her food without it. Got back in traffic, food getting cold, to get the sauces. Very frustrating. Personally taking the order and still missing the basics of the order is bad service.

I usually only order delivery to my work, and everyone is so lovely when they deliver my order. But I have to say I love Jasmine, she is so bubbly and sweet when she walks in! Cutie patootie energy!

7/14 7:32am , placed my order over 30 mins before arriving and was told to wait for over 10 mins in a parking spot after I had just spent even more time in line. This is unacceptable especially for online orders, but when sets me off is that there were atleast 10 others that were served before me but were behind me in line.
