This location is not up to the customer service standards. Wait times are way too long. Orders are often missing condiments or straws. All of the vague 5 star reviews are from fake users. Corporate really needs to look at this location and consider additional training.

I'm having somewhat of a bad day! And it didn't hit me until the drive thru rep asked me "Am I okay?" And burst out into tears because I am not. I'm leaving this review just to say how kind the service was to give me my order for free. It wasn't a lot it was a kids meal, but the thought and gesture was a great. And God showing me there is still some goodness.... thank you
