Every time I have ordered from this location (drive-thru) with Danny Goepp (glasses and nose ring) they have mistaken my order. My order is simply a grilled chicken cool wrap entree and a 4-count tender entree; however, they consistently fail to provide the wrap and instead give me an 8-count nuggets order.

I have repeatedly attempted to either state “Grilled cool wrap” or “Number 8” in hopes that this will aid the staff in understanding my order, but to no avail.

Additionally, the kitchen had provided my friend with the wrong order as well while he was with me. He ordered a Spicy deluxe meal, yet was provided a regular, non-spicy sandwich and was still charged him the spicy deluxe.

Either do not go here, or check the order before paying and after receiving

Don’t bother using the app to order breakfast from this place between 1020 and 1030. Even if you’re in line before 1030, they’ll just cancel your order and refund it. Apparently all of the biscuits vanish into thin air at 1029.

Sat in the drive thru waiting for my order to be taken with several cars going around and there order being taken the next line. Then when the car in front of me finally finishes the young man taking the order say I will be back and goes inside. I exiting the line ans went inside to advise the manager Tara and all she said was oh that ordered had issues he needed to tell us.

The drive thru is for convenience and this was not. I have been going to this location for years ans I can say the services is slowing going down.

I had to return my food 4 times. Jordan is the worse manager ever. He is disrespectful and have a nasty attitude. He does not exemplify the excellent customer service that Chick-fil-a is known for.

What happened here?? I ordered a chicken filet biscuit but instead got what appears to be a chicken nugget biscuit. Not sure if they just made a mistake or somebody bit off half of it. On top of that, the employees in drive thru window were rude and trashy (Saturday morning 8/31). Hoping this was an outlier but will gladly speak to the GM to make sure they get things up to par with the other CFA's we know and love around the country.
