I honestly don't know if the food is good here or not because you have to deal with the rudest of people just to park and then it's only a few tables of outdoor seating. Who wants to sit outside in the heat on their lunch break? This location needs a revamp because you can't even turn into a parking spot without someone trying to pass you or squeeze through impatiently.

I went to pick up my mobile order, but the drive-thru was closed. When I approached the window, I was met with poor customer service. The staff acted as if I wasn’t allowed to pick up my mobile order there, which was confusing and frustrating considering the line was closed.

I had ordered three coffees, all of which were made incorrectly. When I politely asked for them to be remade, the employees responded with a negative attitude—and even after remaking them, they still weren’t right.

Additionally, we paid extra for creamer, but were told it doesn’t come with the drinks, despite the fact that we were charged for it.

I’ve been a loyal customer to this location for a long time, but this experience was extremely disappointing. It’s enough to make me reconsider coming back.

I work at the bank right by this Chik-fil-a so it's convenient for me to go to this location but as busy as it is everytime I come my fries are cold, & drenched in bad grease. I honestly don't prefer this location and not sure if i will be coming back.

The individual working at the drive through online pick up window was exceptionally rude. I was unable to scan the QR code, the app says to just click “can’t scan QR code” but she very rude about it. I’d rather drive a couple more miles and go to a chick fil a with better SERVICE!

I was a drive-thru customer at this location this morning and received a rude response by way of the manager. I politely asked the woman at the walk up if she was able to break a 20 for me. She said she wasn’t sure and would check with her manager. I witnessed the manager aggressively tell her “no”, rolled her eyes at the employee and then say “we’re not a bank”.

While I can accept and completely understand not being able to accommodate, I was a bit appalled at her attitude. As someone who is supposed to be an example of leadership and customer service, this was not a positive encounter.
