Best Chick-fil-A in ATL and it does not even have a dining room!

Probably one of the best Chicken Biscuits ive had ever… Rating this CFA biscuit a 9.5/10. It’s squared cut which I’m not mad about. Buttery softness and the proportional size to the center circle of the wrapper is a key indication of a proper size biscuit 9/10. The chicken is up to the edges of the biscuit and as much as I like overhang it’s a clean distribution 10/10. The ratio of chicken to breading is a 9/10 because either could be a little thicker, but not veiny cut so that’s a plus. Temperature was a 10/10 not too hot and couldn’t put it down. Purchased at the Akers Mill/Cobb Parkway drive-thru only CFA Great start to a Tuesday.

I recently visited the Chick-fil-A at Akers Mill drive-thru (2975 Cobb Pkwy SE), and I was very disappointed with the quality of the food and service. I ordered two Hash Brown Scramble Burritos with no meat. One burrito only had a single hash brown in it, and the second burrito had a gross egg white that was completely unappetizing. This is the first time I've had such a bad experience at Chick-fil-A, and I was not expecting this from a restaurant known for its quality and service.

I’m not new to Chick fil A by any means & I NEVER leave reviews for anywhere I go. However, I do have to say my orders have never been more wrong than this location. I’ve lived in this area for over a year now & the amount of mistakes they make is more than I can count. It seems almost every single time I order something, when I get home & realize it’s wrong. Not just missing sauces but the actual food & drink orders are continuously wrong & it’s extremely annoying at this point considering this is a normal occurrence at this location.

Seemed short staffed. Took a longer time at pick up window than most other Chick-fil-A restaurants I frequent. It is terribly hard to get around in the parking lot as the location is crammed into a tiny space that just isn't suitable on size for a Chick-fil-A (a Wendy's maybe, but not Chick-fil-A)

I’m not even from this side of town, so I’m upset that I drove off only to find my biscuit hard as a rock. No ketchup in the back when it was requested on the ticket. So I just gave out free money. Thanks a lot

Today is my birthday, when asked about the birthday reward listed on the website at first a poorly trained drive through cashier wasn’t sure. He startled me on return and said they do not do it and I could use rewards. When asked to speak to a manager Dexter; though not rude was not empathetic and told me “they should’ve sent it to you.” We both looked in the app and it wasn’t there. He was not accommodating at all. Why pick and choose the birthday reward piece? Why have it at all? Poor reflection of the CFA brand.

Worst Chikfila I’ve ever been to. I ordered 30 grilled nuggets and 8 regular nuggets. Confirmed with the iPad order taker and the person at the window that that was my order. They both said yes. I get home. All regular nuggets. So I call the number on the receipt to complain. They told me I could get a refund or remake once I received an email. It’s been 1 week and I still haven’t received an email. Checked my spam and everything. So I go to the physical location. They tell me to look for the email. I show them that I never received it physically. Then even with my receipt and with them checking their database from my previous call. They still wouldn’t give me my refund or remake. They told me to call the number again. So I did. Right in front of them. They told me it’s on the physical store to give me a refund or remake. They still refused and insisted that I come back when I have the email with the complaint and rewards confirmation. I still have not received the email. They offered to give me the owners number. Marshall. Which I called. Went straight to voicemail. Explained the whole thing. Still waiting on my refund. I demand to get in touch with corporate. This is the biggest most unnecessary hassle I have ever had to go through for a fast food restaurant who messed up my order and who still have not apologized for this inconvenience. Not once.

I had a fantastic experience at Chick-fil-A! The service was fast, and the staff was friendly and attentive, as always. My food was fresh, hot, and delicious—especially the classic chicken sandwich, which was perfectly cooked. The entire visit was smooth, and the team made sure everything was just right. Chick-fil-A never disappoints, and I’ll definitely be back for more of their amazing service and food!
