Every time I come here I have to sit and park. You all are so quick to get the money but slow on delivery. This location is worst out of all the ones I go to. It would not be so bad if it wasn’t the day I needed you to be on time. I came early so I could make the lunch date for my granddaughter who will not get her lunch. Your person at the window did not apologize that I had to wait!!! I had to go in and get the meal!After going to window I checked my bag because I thought something was missing Your manager just waved her hand like she did not care!!!!

I'm giving a 1-star review to the Chick-fil-A at Grady Hospital. My experience was extremely disappointing – they didn't have the items I wanted, and the setup was confusing, especially for a newcomer like me. The staff's attitude was as unfriendly as McDonald's employees. I wouldn't suggest this location to anyone.

Their Was Hair In My Breakfast Bowl On June 1st @ The Howell Mill Rd Location
Staff is not like all the other chicfala I have ate. Someone high up needs to pay them a visit dressed in civilian clothes. Just bad facial expressions and attitude in their voice. The shady, rude mumbling behind customers back is what got me.

Chick-fil-A is our very favorite fast food restaurant. We're from Columbus and the Manchester Expressway Chick-fil-A is amazing. This is the reason we were so disappointed by the Suwanee Road store. We ordered grilled nuggets, which are on the receipt, but got fried ones. The kale salad included some wilted pieces and a large stem. Not our usual Chick-fil-A experience!
