Every time I come here I have to sit and park. You all are so quick to get the money but slow on delivery. This location is worst out of all the ones I go to. It would not be so bad if it wasn’t the day I needed you to be on time. I came early so I could make the lunch date for my granddaughter who will not get her lunch. Your person at the window did not apologize that I had to wait!!! I had to go in and get the meal!After going to window I checked my bag because I thought something was missing Your manager just waved her hand like she did not care!!!!

This location is within Grady Hospital's cafeteria located on floor 2. There aren't many options, and I figured this was the best. It was. I was hospitalized for 20 days 6 months ago and my family ate here many times and picked up food for me after surgeries, etc. I've eaten there when I've returned for outpatient appointments as well. The menu is limited, but they do have all the staples. It's a la carte service, meaning it's prepared and placed for you to walk up and grab so you can order different things and different places and bring your tray to the cashier to pay for everything at once.The service was always good and I had special requests a few times and the employees catered to them in a friendly manner. The only negative are the hours. Closing at 4 pm in such a busy hospital that already has limited options and not being open on Saturdays is lame.Still...A+ from me!

I'm giving a 1-star review to the Chick-fil-A at Grady Hospital. My experience was extremely disappointing – they didn't have the items I wanted, and the setup was confusing, especially for a newcomer like me. The staff's attitude was as unfriendly as McDonald's employees. I wouldn't suggest this location to anyone.

Staff is not like all the other chicfala I have ate. Someone high up needs to pay them a visit dressed in civilian clothes. Just bad facial expressions and attitude in their voice. The shady, rude mumbling behind customers back is what got me.
Exceptional and flavorful food, I loved the atmosphere this place has, and the workers were very kind. Will definitely visit here again.

Chick-fil-A is our very favorite fast food restaurant. We're from Columbus and the Manchester Expressway Chick-fil-A is amazing. This is the reason we were so disappointed by the Suwanee Road store. We ordered grilled nuggets, which are on the receipt, but got fried ones. The kale salad included some wilted pieces and a large stem. Not our usual Chick-fil-A experience!

Chick-fil-A is always excellent doesn't matter what location I go to I'm always impressed I will say that I've been many times on Sunday want a chicken biscuit and I wish they serve breakfast all day but that said I really respect them for holding to their beliefs and not being open on Sunday even though they damn well know they'd make a profit if they were it's pretty hard to find a company today that'll stand up for whatever they believe whatever that is

THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE in the fast food industry WORLDWIDE #PERIOD❗❗❗My favorite combo is the Grilled Chicken Nuggets & SUPERFOOD side salad with a STRAWBERRY SHAKE.They need to work on that MAC & CHEESE recipe though (it has the flavorless powdered cheese taste / texture of Stouffer's Frozen mac and cheese dinner entree). I thought CHICK-FIL-A would really personalize each mac and cheese order, to make sure everyone can enjoy a good bubbling/ crispy/ cheesy crust topped bowl of craveable unforgettable MACARONI and REAL CHEESE!!! I tried it at the original location in hapeville, ga and it was disgusting, ranch dressing in hot sauce couldn't even save it ??♀️??
