My entire meal was awful because I had to return my fries twice. They were Old,Hard and cooked to long. The gentleman got angry but I returned them anyway. I love Chick-fil-A and whenever I am out that's what I eat. However not at this location ever again.

Placed a pick-up order and waited at “pick up” counter for only 3 employees on the other side who were just talking with each other and paid no mind to me. Went to register since no one wanted to assist me. Once I waited in line and when it was my turn person, the person at the register thought the person behind (who was somewhat standing next to me) was first. I showed the cashier my mobile order and she told me to go stand at the “pick-up” counter. I told her I did but no one wanted to come and afterwards she gave me my food very rudely. Fyi it wasn’t busy at all compared to the long lines Chick-fil-A usually has so idk why the cashier wanted to have an attitude about getting my food. Y’all supposed to be known for great customer service but this just ain’t it.

If a customer is telling you that the frosted coffee has way too much ice cream and none of the coffee, I think the customer might be right. This is a franchise and it’s not the first frosted coffee I’ve tried, yet the employee decided to argue and not give me what I paid for. There’s a chick fil a every mile, go spend your money somewhere else.
