I've never ever had a bad experience at a Chick-fil-A until today. I ordered two of the grilled chicken sandwiches and the rolls were awful. Stale and they literally fell apart when we tried to pick them up. I returned them to the store and. I have to admit, the manager, Dexter, did a spectacular job of correcting the situation. I told him I didn't want another sandwich, just some grilled nuggets and chicken strips. Not only did he exchange the sandwiches for the new...

The service was great as it usually is at any Chick fil A. The frosted lemonade was excellent. The spicy chicken sammich was ok, it was dry, the grilled chicken sammich wasn't too great, it was soggy within a couple mins of getting our order and getting to a table. Very disappointing.
