We love Chick-fil-A, it’s close to our house and the staff is great taking care of my son who’s a huge fan! The food is good, we used to love their sauce but they have High fructose corn syrup so we don’t eat it anymore!

Food is great. The restaurant is always clean. The service quality is very inconsistent. I come through here and there and sometimes I eat inside and sometimes I go through the drive through. Service is equally likely to be very fast as it is to be very slow. They typically forget something (drink, sauce, fork, etc.) but apologize and fix it. Not one of my favorite chick fil a locations but will work in a pinch.

I’m disappointed in this location, they normally have great customer service but today it lacked, especially when the order wasn’t correct. I ordered curbside and had to walk back in, I guess DAVID’S convo about TikTok and views was more important because he didn’t verbally acknowledged me, apologize, or anything and even proceeded to look through my bag like I was lying. David ignored me but when a customer walked in who looked more like him, it was different. I asked another coworker for his name and David even stood, struck a pose and waved. I won’t be spending my Money here.

This is the only location I know with nasty food it’s always basically cold and taste is off so the last time I went July 2025 I asked for fresh ..the food was extremely greasy and still cold this is the closest one to me but I will not be going anymore.customer service is good though.

Usually there is 2 people at 11:35am at the drive through. Today there was no one and you gave your order. Lines of cars was long. This has happened one other time in the last few weeks. Lack of employees maybe?

Forgot about my order and I waited 20 minutes in the waiting room until I finally said something. Their excuse was it didn't pop up on the TV sorry. Glad to hear im a valued customer

I frequent this particular Chick fil A often. It's actually my preferred location. The staff truly embodies the company's friendly attitude. This last time, the young lady at drive thru ruined my order. I told her one thing and she entered something different. I ordered lemonade as my drink. She put lemonade tea mix. I have a caffeine sensitivity so this will impact me in a bad way. I ordered a combo meal specifically for the toppings and type of bread and asked to sub the meat. I've done this at numerous locations so I know it's possible. She changed my order to a different combo which did not include the bread I wanted. Unfortunately, this was an instance when the person taking my order was actually a disaster. I'm going to have to take a break because I got enough meals for my family and only one person got what was ordered. I'm so disappointed. Look at your receipt before driving off to ensure it is correct.
