Felt really cozy and comfortable grabbing some food here on a weekday. Chill atmosphere, yummy food, clean tables and floor. Mason was my server/cashier and I appreciated his calm customer service during the hectic rush hour when everyone is stressed.

Zero stars if possible. Last night I ordered my birthday meal and selected delivery and to be handed to me at my door while I was working. I gave all the specifics for the delivery person to successfully bring my food to me. I buzzed the delivery guy in through the gate and waited at my door. I received a notification that my meal was delivered, but he never came. I tried getting help through the app without success but I was able to reach the corporate customer service. The representative said the owner of this location determines my refund. Nobody called. I didn't get a refund or my birthday meal.

I ordered the pretzel cheddar meal and they rung every item separate but I ordered a medium meal so when I noticed I didn’t have no fries they charged me for them and said “let me give you a large” like be FRFR !!!!! The customer service here had gone down the drain !!!!!!!!

During rush hour, they made a mistake and forgot one of my sandwiches. When I returned to retrieve the sandwich, they apologized and gave me a free med. fry and a cookie as well! I was upset but now I am happy!
