Placed a mobile order for 9:39am waited 25 mins for my curbside order went inside to inquire to my surprise the food is sitting off to the side. When I spoke to a nice cashier she apologized for the situation however Vanessa interrupted and stated they went outside to drop off the food and I wasn’t there. She argued me down in front of other customers that the order was placed at 930 which it was not but either way she needs to be retrained on her customer service skills and display a better attitude when conducting business. A simple apology would’ve sufficed. I will be reaching out to corporate. Thank you to the nice young lady that was able to assist me.

I typically love this location but recently they’ve had the “second” drive thru lane closed so even if you get your food early you’re stuck waiting for the people in front of you to get there’s … defeats the whole purpose of their redesign a year or so ago and causes the line to back up.

We have been going here almost every day for many years. Recently our orders are almost always wrong, meaning something in the order is the wrong item or something is left out, or the drink is wrong. (Sweet tea and unsweetened tea are not the same) It seems there is a focus on doing it FAST and accuracy is of little importance as long as they get you through the line quickly. Hate to see Chic fil A getting so sloppy!

I have been a customer here for 6 month , I come in for my coffee daily until 8/10 , I ask like I ask every morning for my coffe cup to be filled to the top of the cup because they will give you a half cup of coffee, this so cook / operation manager which didn’t take my order is literally arguing me why I can’t get my cup full , to the point she is arguing with me , tells me to never come a back to the restaurant. Wow this is how customer are treated & black customer at this and I’m paying my mom. I will contact corporate as well .
