I typically love this location but recently they’ve had the “second” drive thru lane closed so even if you get your food early you’re stuck waiting for the people in front of you to get there’s … defeats the whole purpose of their redesign a year or so ago and causes the line to back up.
We have been going here almost every day for many years. Recently our orders are almost always wrong, meaning something in the order is the wrong item or something is left out, or the drink is wrong. (Sweet tea and unsweetened tea are not the same) It seems there is a focus on doing it FAST and accuracy is of little importance as long as they get you through the line quickly. Hate to see Chic fil A getting so sloppy!
Here in Atlanta, if you want to eat at a clean restaurant with good customer service, then any Chick-fil-A will do. When I used to live in New York, my go restaurant was Wendy's, but here in Atlanta, things are very different. Chick-fil-A seems to be the only fast food restaurant that's clean with great customer service, and speedy transactions.
