Bad experience. My wife and I have been here twice in the last fortnight, as we entered and left the US. Let me start by saying we both love Chick-fil-A and have only had wonderful experiences in every other restaurant we've visited. Firstly the wait, it's a good bit longer than normal for a chick-fil-a. This store is very chaotic behind the counter, orders getting messed up, food getting cold while the staff laugh and joke around. The customer do not laugh. The second time we were here they ran out of the spicy chicken. Ten minutes after our order we were informed the spicy chicken would be 4 mins. About 15 minutes later our order finally arrived. But it came without any fries at all. We had both ordered deluxe meals, so I went back to get our fries. Another 5 minute wait ensued and I was given 1 portion of fries. At that point I gave up, I'd had enough. Some of the staff here are rude, something I've never, ever seen at a chick-fil-a. Also both times it was the same girl reading out names for orders, she appears to struggle to read, as names like Kyle, Isaac, Jesus and Sally all troubled her and only made the service slower and more frustrating.

I like chick fil a, and idk if it was because it was during breakfast/the morning rush, but I've never been to such a disorganized restaurant. So many people were scattered around the restaurant, and you can tell that they were confused and waiting for a good while for their food. Employees were ok, but you could easily tell that they were worn out/frustrated, and I waited over 20 minutes for an iced coffee but yet got my food within 10 minutes. I'm probably never going back to this location, especially if it's busy. I don't know if the cfa location in terminal A is any better, but I doubt it. My advice is to avoid this cfa location in terminal c if it's busy, especially if you don't have a lot of time before boarding for your flight ends. The food itself was pretty descent, though.

No one smiles or looks at you. They gave us wrong sauce I did not get the upgraded bun I ordered, I just ate it anyway-it was soggy and they gave sweet tea not unsweetened tea. Maybe they can’t read? They don’t look like they even want to be there. No apologies Sad this was in Atlanta airport.

Just wanted to share that Latrice was such a pleasure when I was traveling for my early morning flight at Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta Int'l Airport - Conc C. She was on point, gracious, and efficient! I don’t review much but wanted to make sure she got the credit for her amazing work ethic!

Extremely long waiting times for the food. Food isn't really warm either. However, the quality is very good. Employees very annoyed. Ambiance is great. Great view

Long wait time, poor service and poor food quality. My fries were overcooked/hard. I had a smoother time getting through airport security than getting food. And that is saying something.
