Cashier was less than pleased that we were there - certainly wasn’t “her pleasure “ to serve us.Looks like yet another fake airport branded franchise that doesn’t exhibit the same quality as stores located in the real world (where the customer base is captive to airport options).

For a busy as this airport is, most would be accustomed to the hustle and bustle. Not these folk. This Chick Fil A is the most rude and disrespectful establishments I’ve been to, my order was horribly messed up I assume from all the bickering behind that counter (manager involved for all of this) I was not given any sauce, and when I asked for some I was told “no”. This food sucks without sauce.
Feedback on chick fil A, atlanta airport gate C : I'm giving them 1 star because I can't give them a 0, the most DISRESPUCTFUL staff I've seen in my life. 0 respect towards foreigners although we are in an international Airport I've been treated bad because i have a foreign accent.

I was profiled by an all African American staff. The lady behind the Register stood looking at me and would not speak. It was very obvious I was not a welcome customer. Thankfully I don't travel to Atlanta very often.
Register staff was very rude when I asked to scan my app and just replied “we don’t do that, what else.” Didn’t offer any sauces either. Definitely not good or even basic Chick-Fil-A level service. It should not matter that this is an airport location. Should get better service here, especially when you have to pay more for four chicken minis.

It is what it is. Line was long but moved quickly until I got to the front when all employees went on break. When someone finally took my order it didn't go on the system properly. After that 9 people standing in line behind me got their food in front of me. I finally asked an employee for my food. I was told I had already received my food. Clearly that wasn't the case. They then made my food again while I had an additional 6 people in line behind me get their food in front of me. Food was fine if a bit cold. Like I began.....it is what it is.
