I hate this chick fil a, I have only ever got a bag of ice and it’s never ready when I get to the window, I asked how long and was told she just got to the window, this is weekly. Like how hard is it to get a bag of ice
Came to this location an hour and half before closing. And the inside was already locked and closed. They doesn't make it convenient for the customers
High traffic, but kept the drive thru line moving Navigating heavy traffic can be quite a challenge, yet maintaining a smooth flow in the drive-thru is commendable. My name is Wanda, I ordered through the drive thru with a female worker, and a male worker took my cash payment, when I approached the window for my food, which was a three count chicken strip meal, I only received my drink, I told the worker my order was wrong, a female worker from the inside, came to the window yelling and she was very disrespectful, she seemed to be a manager, she had on a green shirt, short blonde and black hair, I told her this is the worse customer service I ever received at Chick-fil-A, I waited over 15 minutes my order still wasn’t ready, I asked for a refund, another worker said I put your money back on your card, I said no I paid cash money, I received my money back, this was the worse I ever received from Chick-fil-A.
I guess this chick fila has a new owner because the sense of urgency isn’t there anymore. They bring me the wrong food everytime I come there which causes me to have to send it back and have to wait even longer. On top of that when Chick-fil-A start giving one salad dressing per salad when I asked for 2. I love Chick-fil-A and as a business owner myself I hope they can get it back right up there.
The absolute slowest CFA I’ve ever been to. Tons of staff moving very slowly. Had to give up on the drive thru because of how slow it was only to walk into a restaurant with plenty of staff moving at snails pace. Not my pleasure

Never had to wait so long in a drive through. Very long wait time at around 9:45 AM. Was late to my appointment due to waiting in the drive through for over 20 minutes

I had the pleasure of being served by Kameisha at Chick-fil-A, and her exceptional positive attitude truly made my day. From the moment I pulled up, her warm smile and kind demeanor created such a welcoming atmosphere. You never know what someone might be going through, but Kameisha’s uplifting spirit made it feel like everything was going to be okay.
Her genuine care and attentiveness didn’t go unnoticed—it’s clear she puts her heart into her work. It’s rare to encounter someone who radiates so much positivity and joy, and for that, I’m deeply grateful.

Went here on a Friday morning. Time says they open at 6:30. The drive thru was already backed up as they were not open. The inside was dark and only two cars in the parking lot. I’m assuming they were employees after about waiting in this line for 20 minutes I was able to place my order through the drive-through and then pick up my order at the window at 6:50 AM. I had to ask for the condiments again which I ordered eight chicken biscuits and they only gave me two packets of condiments. No utensils when I ask for them. The young lady at the drive-through had a very nasty attitude. I only visited this Chick-fil-A because it was the closest one to my house. I do not recommend this one due to the fact that they are not very time sensitive with their opening hours considering people may be needing to get to work.

I often visit this Chick-fil-A because it’s close to me, but the food and customer service are very inconsistent. For example, I might ask for ketchup and honey mustard, and they’re sometimes left out of the bag. My fries might not be hot, or the person taking my order might not even greet me. It’s disappointing because Chick-fil-A is known for its excellent service, but this location, in my historically Black neighborhood, seems to have the most issues. Despite this, I’m sure it still gets plenty of business.
