I received a “reward” in my chic fil a app, for free delivery. However —when i placed my order, the delivery window kept changing (it’s literally a 4min drive from the store to the address). 15mins went by, then another 10 mins went by— and the only thing that changed on the order status was the time. After a 30 min wait- I cancelled the order, left my job, and drove to the store location. When I arrived — I stood at the order window for another 5-8min before anyone even ACKNOWLEDGED ME with a “be right with you”. I watched the employees laugh and giggle and walk right by the window, as I stood there STARVING. Glad to see the employees having fun and in an enjoyable work environment but — when it gets in the way of good, EFFICIENT service: then it becomes a problem.
Legitimate question: why offer delivery as a reward (weekly) when the team fails to even provide that service?? This location used to offer actual FOOD as rewards- not sure what happened to that.

I have to change my rating. It’s because I’ve discovered the most recent interaction with the employees are rushed with orders lacking accuracy. The employee who handle the window is rude and lack integrity. The organization use to be top tier. 0ver 40 years going to this restaurant and unfortunately the employees are unprofessional. I forgot when placing an order the employees will call me baby and love . Wow!

DO NOT EVER ORDER FROM HERE OR ANY CHICK FIL A. DO NOT UBER/DOORDASH CHICK FIL A EITHER. I ORDERED TWO FULL MEALS WITH TWO LARGE FRIES AND NEITHER FRIES CAME WITH MY ORDER. Horrible system. They mess up your order by not bagging everything that you paid for then if you show up in person to get your items you get told it’s not their problem. Employees wouldn’t even acknowledge that a customer needed despite me giving an “excuse me” three freaking times. Seriously worst Chic fil a in the area. Fire the operator if they don’t care about their customers

I have been to this location countless amounts of times and I have to say by far, Abby is the most deserving and extraordinary manger/employee they have. Every single interaction my husband or I have had with her, was a memorable and amazing interaction compared to some of the others we have had here. You can tell she values and cares for her job and the customers. To be able to tell someone’s values, respect and leadership from small interactions says a lot about someone. We have seen her handle conflict and the way she handles herself shows the skilled communicator she is. She is very clearly emotionally intelligent. We will be coming back here just to have the blessing of running in to her on her shifts! I don’t know what she’s paid but whatever it is, she deserves a raise!!!!! We never leave reviews but this girl deserves one!
