Word of advice for this location if you don’t want to serve coffee after morning please block it off as an option on the app like you do with the breakfast menu. Every time I come to get coffee it’s some excuse on how they already cleaned up the station for coffee but you don’t close until 10pm.

I went to pick up the food after work. I was standing at the window. There was an employee with her back facing me. She was on her phone. I said excuse me to get her attention. She didn’t respond. 2 additional employees walked by the window and saw myself and another customer behind me. They ignored us. Get a new set of people who want to work. These employees do not provide the standard of service Ik used to at Chick fil a. I will not be back here.
Today at 4:30 I waited in a line of just two people for nearly 30 minutes. The service was incredibly slow, and when it was finally my turn, the cashier seemed to struggle with giving a customer correct change. I expected a much smoother experience...

every time I come here, someone if not everyone always has an attitude. I ask for some sauces and offer to pay extra, I either get dismissed, ignored, or rudely told no. looks like only teens are hired but they got some adults that could basically pass as teens with their attitudes. The food is a hit or miss, mostly miss because my fries stay salty, chicken stay burnt, and I found hair in my sandwich once. this is the only chickfalla in the area that acts like they aint got no sense.

IF you order delivery from Chick Fil A northridge and it's late wrong or does't arrive lame the management There is ZERO training & they expect their drivers to work under harsh conditions! You are treated poorly if they've spoken poorly while you're gone people let food rot under machines disgusting I had to share my experience I was hired & Leroy was my "manager" although he was ever available to ask questions did not give give me his number and I one ever knew who was I charge the owner e was awful ad standoffish he ever said hello and when I did see him he called me she did't give eye contact ad was THE WORST example of what I believe Chick-fil-A represents Leroy was codescedig argumentative ad did 30 mi of training HIGH expectations with ZERO training ZERO policies ad procedure ZERO training manual Dirty filthy cars filthy hot boxes to carry food that I wouldn't eat out of! It is the most poorly ru delivery department I have ever see. I desired to work at chick fil a thinking I could learn from their processes THERE ARE ZERO processes ad procedures for delivery! THE WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD!

I picked up an order for door dash this morning. The lady did not acknowledge me. She took care of the lady in front of me. Then asked the man behind me who he was picking up for. I told her the name on the order. It was sitting in front of her the whole time. I was the only white person in line. I don't want to think she had a problem with my race.😡
