I have to change my rating. It’s because I’ve discovered the most recent interaction with the employees are rushed with orders lacking accuracy. The employee who handle the window is rude and lack integrity. The organization use to be top tier. 0ver 40 years going to this restaurant and unfortunately the employees are unprofessional. I forgot when placing an order the employees will call me baby and love . Wow!
I have been to this location countless amounts of times and I have to say by far, Abby is the most deserving and extraordinary manger/employee they have. Every single interaction my husband or I have had with her, was a memorable and amazing interaction compared to some of the others we have had here. The food is impeccable as always. However, I was astonished on the wait time via drive-thru. The employees as not as attentive in going with the flow of traffic. I'd come back here but recommend going through the pick-up line.
