Our family visited Chick-fil-A on Ponce last evening, and it turned into one of the most memorable restaurant visits we’ve had in a long time. We happened to arrive on bingo night, and the kids absolutely loved it! It was so refreshing to see a restaurant putting real effort into building a sense of community instead of just focusing on serving food.
We’ve always liked coming to this location because it’s consistently clean, the staff members are genuinely friendly, and even during busy times it somehow feels less chaotic than other locations we’ve visited. The atmosphere is welcoming and relaxed, which makes a big difference when you’re dining with kids.
But last night really sealed the deal for us. The bingo event created such a fun environment for families, and it was clear that the team here cares about bringing people together. It felt like more than just dinner—it felt like being part of something local and special.
Great food, wonderful staff, and a place that’s actively building community. This location is doing it right. We’ll definitely be back!

Forgot all sauce, gave me an incorrect shake, and my wrap was very soggy. Have never had a soggy wrap from CFA. 3 strikes in one order. Employees were not attentive either.

Not even busy like it usually is and we waiting on food for 20+ mins.. Oh and also the lady who handle pickup orders went and sat down to get on her phone and listen to music… Not understanding why you decide to go on break during a rush. Chick fil a needs help please start hiring ASAP.

Food was Luke warm during non-peak hours. Waffle fries were cold and I felt as if they had been sitting under a heated lamp. The only reason my sandwich was hot was because I asked for no pickles.
Service was kinda slow and my coffee and water cups smelled like some type of strong, cheap cologne.

The parking lot in a one-way which is fine. Problem is the cars don’t follow the arrows and the employees make the person going the correct way move for the cars you going the wrong way.
