I dined in early on a Saturday morning and the customer service was fantastic. They were friendly and super accommodating to my kids.
Additionally, this is a really cool building/space. Very different than what we have in the suburbs.

I ordered a bowl without cheese and they gave a bowl that had cheese all over the bottom!! I ordered a bowl without cheese because I’m lactose intolerant. And now I’ve been nauseous, with stomach cramps and using the bathroom for the past 6 hours. This is not what I expected to happen today!!

I usually love Chick-fil-A and have been coming to this location for quite some time since I live nearby. However, I’ve repeatedly noticed that the night manager has an unfriendly attitude toward me.
My most recent visit was at 8:42 PM (unaware they close at 9). I greeted the manager when I walked in, but she ignored me and turned away. A kind team member asked if I had ordered, and when he offered to help, the manager told him—loud enough for me to hear—“Don’t take anybody else.” That was 8:48 PM, still before closing.
It felt very dismissive and unprofessional, especially since I wasn’t rude or demanding. Chick-fil-A is known for great service, but this manager doesn’t represent that standard. I don’t know her name, but she usually works nights and wears a black curly wig pulled back in a ponytail.
I really like Chick-fil-A and hope this can be addressed, because I’d love to keep supporting this location.

I feel a little bit slighted. I know and do remember The DUGANS that used to set on these very same grounds. An ole Atlanta landmark that is no more and now a Chick-fil-a. FILA FOREVER LOVE THE OLD ATLANTA 4WARD!

Customer service is where this location lacks, always seem hesitant to comply with customer requests and make it clear they are not happy. I'm not a person to ask for a remake of my food, but when i received a stale order of fries I had to seek help haha. was met with a bit of a cold attitude from the staff. On another occasion, my order was made quite a bit ahead of time before i reached the location, and the food was completely cold. i was told by the person who handed it to me that it was sitting for awhile, and that they refuse to remake my food. Went inside to speak with management who swiftly cut me off with frustration to let me know they'll remake my order just this one time, instead of listening & creating a long term solution! ( mobile order being prepared while customer is still outside of the Mile radius Geolocation circle) staff member just wanted to get me out of his hair I believe. didn't care to attempt any customer retention. with neighboring cfa less than a mile away, it's not hard to never come back here.
