Just like every other Chick-fil-A, it is perfect. Also a great location close to State Farm Arena and Mercedes-Benz dome.

I feel like Chik-fil-A is almost always the gold standard of fast food experience, but this one is just not a good one. I've been here many times because it's so close to my house, and I always check my order before I pull out because they forget items or give the wrong order more often than not. Sometimes the food is not fresh, over salted, or not salted at all. They are also just not up to the hospitality/courtesy standard of literally every other Chik-fil-A I've ever been to... minus the one at Hartsfield airport, maybe. I'm just saying: treat this fast food place like a normal fast food place, and lower your expectations. A lot.

Waited in line until 10:02 PM just for them to tell me They did not have any more food and they still charged me for my order. I am currently fighting a process to get my money back. This is ridiculous.

How yall gonna lie on me and say yall ain’t charge me (the uber eats driver) for asking for a customer dressing they didn’t get an option to add on their order on the app bffr.
Icecream was 1000% my personal order but I showed two cashiers the uber eats app with the request for the dressing

Yall get my order wrong almost every time. It makes no sense. The only reason I keep trying to patronize this location is because of its proximity to my job. Please do better. Pay attention. Recite the order back. Something.

I don’t know who the associate who confirmed my mobile order this morning but she was an amazing. Greeted with a smile and a great personality full of energy.

Only problem is the price. It's fast food not luxurious cuisine. 2 chicken sandwiches, French fries, and drinks, should never cost $30.00, no matter how good it tastes.

First time at this location and will be my last. I placed my mobile order and was patiently waiting for prior customers to receive their food. Once it was time for me to pull up, the drive thru rude African American girl with black braids tome me to stop and then came to my window extremely hostile and holding my food hostage and demanded my name. I was confused because when you place your order online you have to put what vehicle you have. I told her my name and she gave me a smart remark. They also stopped taking orders at 9:40 pm and told all those other people that didn’t place an order online that they were not accepting orders. I see a lot of others complain about this store, unsure why it’s still open

This place is pretty top tier especially considering where the are located. When you go inside you forget your so close to bankhead. You forget about the people outside. Chick fila does its thing with the employees they need to write a Manuel because every chick fil a go I go into have great customer service. They are very kind. Or at least the kind one stand out. And of course the food doesn't miss... Well except the cold salad bacon on the Mac and cheese. They forgot to put my on and ha to put it on later so it didn't get warm while the Mac was hot.. but the bacon was good.. just cold.

I'm always greeted by workers, security guard always on duty, clean place and food is always hot and good. This one lady is extra nice and cool.

The whole staff was amazing an the manager opened the door for me to exit yes I use a wheel chair
