The food is always hot and fresh. The restaurant is always clean. The staff is always friendly and helpful if you have any questions.

The low-key stars of the show are the pickles spear and the little sugar cookie that they give you

This was first time at chicken salad chick and my grape salad had pieces of bacon in them! Which was visibly difficult to see because of the pecan pieces. I think they must have been next to each other or the employees are using the same utensils. I don’t eat pork for religious purposes, so this is obviously a serious issue in which they need to be more careful. I had to throw up half of my food as a result. I’m not sure I will be back because of that which I actually am upset about because I did enjoy the sandwich.

Customer service here sometimes lack throughout the female cashiers food is fresh however to get an order wrong with no customers in line shows not focused not listening consider working in the back to avoid customers ladies

All I can say is wow!! Absolutely outstanding!! My coworker surprised me with lunch from here and I cannot believe how delicious it is!! I’m definitely going to be coming by in the near future. 100% recommend this place!!

Chicken poblano soup and cookies were great! Chicken salad had no seasoning, grapes were huge and whole in the salad. Would not eat chicken salad here again.

We enjoy the chicken salad melts, which are exponentially better than when the croissant is not toasted. The soups are great too. Only had an issue a couple times with the person taking the order incorrectly and not reading it back or somehow otherwise giving us the wrong thing. Fun atmosphere, even enjoy the effort they put into the restrooms…pretty cute.
