I LOVE CHILIS. The triple dipper offers magic beyond what you could ever imagine. The honey chipotle chicken crispers make me shed a tear every time I consume one. Always a treat to come here I LOVE IT!!

First time to a Chili’s Grill Chain! And I can definitely say I had a blast. My partner and I shared a boneless wing appetizer and the sauce was on fire 🔥 The meal its self was exquisite. Furthermore, the server provided kind, friendly , and such a welcoming vibe. I will definitely be coming back !

Great managers at Toco Hills & Gwinett Mall area. Excellent service & 3 for is amazing.
Food was fine. Most horrible, mean- spirited service. Britney made a mistake of a missing silverware and when we politely informed her, she seemed to blame our table for the rest of the dinner. Really weird behavior, did she expect us to trade silverware for each bite ?? Not a big deal, its a simple mistake but the way she acted after was extremely rude. Didnt receive any refills, blatantly stared at us and spoke about us to other waiters- yet consistently avoided our table. Had to ask other waiters for help and actual service. Britney made our dinner extremely uncomfortable.
We were helped by Alyssa she was so so sweet, attentive and talked with us for a bit. She put our food in the second we ordered at the table and it was great! Also the manager Andrew was very helpful and friendly. We plan on coming back and enjoying some more!

on Dec 31, we ate there for my daughter's birthday, on chili's web, saying free dessert for the birthday, but this Chili's charged us for our birthday dessert and no saying birthday song. They mentioned after reading this message, my birthday is in May, December is too far from May, I mentioned my kid's birthday, NOT MINE.
