Sasha is my all time favorite server as someone born and raised in Atlanta. Gives me hope for this world. The fajitas where amazing. I don’t usually like shrimp but it was perfect.

It was funny but really not funny at all .. We did a couples date. Which was nice .. We ordered our for TOGETHER but did we receive our food together Noooo .. Everyone received their food 31 minutes (To be exact) apart. The waitress was awesome in trying to help.. But the manager was nonchalant about the situation. Mind you I was the last person my food .. And it was still wrong . But I will go back because of the waitress

We had a party of ten planned to come at a specific time, and we called ahead almost two hours before because their website said to call for parties over six. We told the person on the phone the details and they said “ok see you later.” We then asked if he needed a name and number, to which he said “no, I’ll tell someone.” Spoiler alert: he did not tell anyone. We arrived on time and told them that we called, and the host said that we had to wait an hour and a half because no one told her and our name was not written down. Sorry, but that’s not our fault if your employee can’t do their job correctly! We tried to see if they could squeeze us in any way, and the manager was extremely rude to us about it. Again, IT’S NOT OUR FAULT IF YOUR EMPLOYEE CAN NOT DO THEIR JOB. I understand if you can’t put us ahead of other people on the list, but it’s absolutely ridiculous to give us attitude like we’re the ones in the wrong here when we did everything right. It’s an absolute shame that this is the only Chili’s within the perimeter because this experience ruined an entire night for our group. Do better

AB was an incredible server! Not only was the service incredible with great recommendations but he had such a fun personality. The food tasted amazing (love the triple dipper and the wicked margs). God is a woman and she was in this Chili's tonight.

This place is literally my comfort location. They always are pretty good with the service and I go with my friends and the prices are great as well.
Chili's is usually one of my favorite places to eat. I love their fajitas. However, this particular Chili's restaurant has disappointed me.
My veteran friends and I decided to eat here for lunch for the veterans day special. We hated the limited menu choices for the veterans. We don't think that is fair, but we know that was not under this particular restaurant's control. We absolutely did not like the condition of the food. The food was so cold that we didn't even ask for to go plates. We just got up, left the table and went to Applebee's instead.

I went there today (November 12th) with my wife. The burger I had was fantastic, and the fries were crispy and golden. My wife is a snacker, and she loved her 'Triple Dipper' appetizer. Unfortunately, the server I had was absolutely awful. I believe she said her name was 'Sasha'. This waitress was rude, aggressive, and completely unprofessional. She rushed us to order, but then was no where to be found when we needed her. At several points I saw her in various corners of the restaurant, chatting on her phone. I even saw her yelling at other employees. I wasn't the only person in her section that felt neglected; a couple one table over kept repeating 'this is ridiculous' and we commiserated together. I greatly enjoyed the food, but I won't be coming back if there is even the slightest chance that I'll have to interact with her again. Get your food to-go, or find another location.

The server was not attentive at all. I asked for no sauce at all on my ribs, yet they came with sauce on them. I couldn't send them back because he just disappeared. We were seated at a 2 top table in the bar area and he wouldn't clear the table of chips and salsa so we could have room on the table for our entrees. The mac n cheese looked like easy mac snd it was very soupy. I asked for wet naps for my friend who had ribs also and we never received them. The bar area only had 2 other tables occupied, so im unsure of why there was a disconnect and such slow service. I won't be back.

This location will always be filled with people, but it’s simply because their service, quality of food, and overall atmosphere are unmatched. They bring the classic “American dining experience” to life with generous, delicious meals in a comforting venue full of happy patrons. Would 100% recommend visiting!
