It would be nice if y'all told ppl all the things you were out of before they wait 45 mins to be disappointed.

Cancelled my reservation as I was walking into the restaurant and said I took too long. Restaurant is full of empty tables and he was not willing to help us at all. He said it’s only a 5 minute hold when we wasn’t told that. Not nice at all and not hospitable

I’m sorry but this chillis in bad shape. From the hosts, to the serving staff. They don’t have all items on the triple dipper, no a1 sauce, no dipping sauces for the chicken crispers. Slow service, long wait time, lots of mistakes. Shout out to the chef with the locs he was the best thing walking in there. Thank you!

This would be a four star except the service was horrible. We barely saw our waiter and as a result had to wait for a while for refills, for our receipt, and for my alcoholic drink. The food was good, but the service was lacking.

worst experience my family and i ever had. on thursday around 4pm, upon arriving, we were greeted and sat immediately. we were not greeted until about 10 minutes later after being sat and our waiter said “i will be with you all shortly”. waited another 10 minutes and he came back and said the same thing. after 30 minutes after being sat, he finally came and took our drink orders. we did not get our drinks until another 10 minutes. we placed our order and he read everything back to us. after about 45 minutes, our food came. my daughter food was wrong as he gave her chicken burgers instead of chicken tenders. my husband ordered the smokehouse combo and his food was cold and was missing the jalepeno sausage. my food never arrived and I ordered the triple dipper. The waiter came by to check on us about 15min after receiving our food and asked was everything okay and i stated i never received my food. we waited, and waited, and my family finished their food and i never received my order. the waiter came back and asked did i still want it or for it to be took off the bill. after that question I immediately thought to just not get the meal, because why would that even be an option after waiting over an hour long my food should have been out. the manager came and took everything we did not receive off the bill, but nothing was accommodated for.

Long wait time!

First time here and i got to the to-go orders and immediately i get attitude from the young lady Brianna behind the register… i tried to ignore the attitude and i ask her about something i seen on tiktok… me asking her questions about the menu was making it worse. it was like i was bothering her.. and it was only 2 questions. I don’t know if it’s a bad day for her but Brianna should not be customer facing. Terrible customer service. Not welcoming at all and very rude….she just walked off… i wanted to say something to the manager but was scared they might do something to my food….

They're always understaffed, always having the space to sit everyone down but never utilize it. It's a shame too because the staff is great and the food is great but it doesn't matter if you have to wait an hour to an hour and a half to eat it.

This the worst food experience I have ever had. I have been dying to eat here and today I went to do just that. From the front door, we was not greeted. When we was finally showed to our table I promise you we sat there for at least 30 minutes before we had to start asking staff that was just walking around if we would get a waiter. They both Pointed to the bartender. Now don’t get me wrong I can understand short staff but it wasn’t even busy and he had no problem serving the other two tables behind us. We watch the whole time as he took the order and they stood still by the bar. When we finally asked the last time if we was getting a waiter he got an attitude because he had to take our order. He didn’t apologize or even tell us his name and I’m surprise he got the order right cause he literally scribbled our order on a piece of paper. As he was bringing our things to table he kept getting who order what wrong and then I had to wait another 20 minutes before I received my drink. Then appetizer came out and it was Extremely cold smh. Had to send them back through someone eless cause once again no waiter. Our main food comes out and it’s completely plain with no flavor at all. They return the appetizer comes back and it’s completely plain still cold. At this point I’m over it and ask for the check. Nobody checked on us and the attitudes was just unbelievable. And trust I understand being under staff but it’s also away to be courteous and respectful and speak. So my whole meal was ruined and I don’t think I will ever be back to this location.

Service was slow, and the place was crowded. Servers were nice, but there was too much socializing going on with staff with too many people waiting to ve served. Sitting at the bar, it still took almost an hour to get a simple soup, salad, and a burger. I am not interested in returning but will go to LongHorns next door: better food, better service, and better atmosphere. My time and money will be respected there. Never spend money where you are not appreciated, and yes, I do tip appropriately every time I dine out.
