I just want to give a thanks to chilis and Isaiah a huge thank you . I'm not from ga and my car was stolen on the November 20th. It has been a long weekend and I'm truly truly greatful. It bought me to tears because I'm here with my kids and we all are in shock. Please give him a raise or a promotion I felt welcomed and he did not judge or turn me around. And that is what you call great customer service

Was seated around 1pm on a Saturday and waited for over 20 minutes even asked a different server to get our server for us and no one get came to check on us 🥲 left disappointed! Usually love chillies but service was bad… well we didn’t even get any

Ridiculous! Very first time at this location & the wait time is egregious!!!!!! Was told a 5 minute wait but it’s been well over 20 minutes. No communication whatsoever! Will never come back to this location. I’m not hard to please but please at least give correct wait times or updates

They fell off HARD. Ribs were tough, Texas fries over cooked and tenders were not crispy. My friend use to work here 3yrs ago when they food was decent. They have fell all the way off. I waited at the takeout windows 10min before being noticed i could have walked behind counter and took all the food if I wanted. They gotta do better

I really like this place for consistency at their numerous locations
​Chili's is an excellent choice for a fast-casual experience, offering exceptional value and variety. The menu is diverse, and the quality is consistently high. I particularly enjoyed the
$10.99 burger special (with appetizer and drink!), and my wife found the fried chicken sandwich comparable to Chick-fil-A. With fast-food-level pricing in a sit-down setting, plus a good selection of cocktails, it's a great deal.

I love Chilis! I had to take a step back for sometime due to issues with the services I had previously. But I came back today for a birthday and the food was great, drinks were amazing and the staff were so polite and kind! Our server was Amarie and she was such a sweet soul, very patient kind and helpful. I loved her energy!! Thanks again chilis, everything was great!!

Do not uber eats are anything delivered. They do not secure your food. The manager told me today that’s not their policy .

Showed up for my Veterans Day meal just to find out that there’s specific food you only could order and I wasn’t given that menu. Bring it up to the server and manager he says he knows nothing
about that. … yah the worst. You should have let a veteran know that instead of waiting to tell me that and then pull out a menu as if I received the specific menu. Yah gave me the wrong menu list. Management sorry

This is a great Chili's location. While visiting from out of state, I was looking for something familiar, and this restaurant delivered exactly the seamless experience I always expect from the brand. We visited during the dinner rush, but our waitress did an excellent job managing the surge. She was very personable, friendly, and kept us updated immediately when one of our food items was taking longer than expected. Excellent service from the staff!

Food was not good. Burnt sausages. Overcooked chicken crispers, Let not talk about the Mac n cheese. Nope won't be back!
