I stopped in with my wife for dinner before checking into our hotel. The service was on point. I ordered the shrimp fried rice. The shrimps were cooked perfectly. I would definitely comeback again.

I’ve been to this place three times and their food is not it at all. I don’t know what they are feeding people but it just doesn’t taste right. Had chicken and it was yellow in places on the inside . Tasted weird too. Won’t be back.
Really great food. Service was excellent!. Sushi was great. Hot and sour soup was the best we have had.
They made a really good eggplant garlic sauce curry. I’ve tried multiple restaurants but never liked that dish anywhere else except here. Also, their sushi is good too. Apparently their Singapore curry noodles has a distinct curry flavor that I’m yet to try. If you are in this part of the town, check it out
BEWARE CHIN CHIN has changed alot since management changed it is now terrible customer service and nightmare delivery guy is rude nasty demanded a tip is bad business practice why would i tip if the delivery or now year 2023 chin chin food is ok for chinese food but the customer service is just not friendly or poor customer sevice. when manager Richard was the manager made customers feel valued for years at CHIN CHIN now i hate delivery so it is best get takeout for the food. also stopped lunch special for many years had egg soup and wanton soup chin chin stopped.!!!! so no tip!
Place was not too busy, most of the lunch entrees were more veggies than meat. Rice was good and cooked well. Egg drop soup was decent maybe a little too salty for me.Seating is adequateNot too loud of a placeonly two customers came during visitFair price, cheaper than expected, quality was decent for the price.
I’m almost certain that Atlanta doesn’t have one good Chinese restaurant! I bout chicken fried rice which had whole pieces of chicken in it, not even chopped up. I also bought general tso chicken which tasted nothing like general tso sauce but instead just spicy chicken while jalapeños on the side. Who make general tso with jalapeños??
Ordered almost to closing but Dina and her driver were able to accommodate me to get their delicious shrimp fried shrimp and crab Rangoons. Literally my favorite, I have been ordering from this place for years and they have yet to let me down

It's a nice place and the staff are friendly but the food did not live up to expectations. The sushi was grocery store quality at best, the Singapore pancit was lacking flavor, the gyoza tasted old and spoiled, the sweet tea was sour. Will not be eating there again and would suggest you avoid it as well.
It's always been great regular chinese food to me, exactly what I want and expect. They are very quick with take-out orders and are very nice. The other day I placed a take-out order before going to Kroger and then forgot to pick it up on my way back. When I came back the next day and told them about it, they made me a new one with no issues at all. They handled it all so well and nice, even though it was not their fault at all. It just really spoke to the great customer service and character of the people working here, so they've definitely got a customer for life.
Wheelchair accessibility: I got a stroller in easily and they gladly helped open and hold the door for me.
I ordered Three Cups Taiwanese Chicken, a very popular Chinese food. When the food was brought up, it was nothing like it. Apparently the chef had no idea what Three Cups Taiwanese Chicken was and just created something on his own. Not tasty at all. This is not a place for authentic Chinese food anymore.
This Chinese restaurant the worse that i go . customer service horrible , he’s not attentive and slow too . He making everything so hard i can’t sub my fried rice to shrimp fried rice . They are so unprofessional. Food was not good either taste bland and soggy . Don’t waste money and time y’all to come this restaurant . Never come here ever again
I recently visited here mins you been busting for 2 years and since new staff I have been extremely disappointed with the customer service. Specifically one staff member seemed disinterested and unresponsive to my needs, and disregarded me when trying to place the order over the phone. I came to address the staff member in person and get my order taken by someone else. Still when ordering met with rude and dismissive responses. The overall experience left a bad taste in my mouth, and I wouldn't recommend this restaurant to anyone any longer. It's a shame, because the food was actually quite good, but the poor customer service ruined the entire experience for us.
