The hot and sour soup has pork in it that was not disclosed on the menu. The Mongolian chicken is syrupy sweet. They did not include utensils in the delivery even though we specified in the order that we needed them.

Food was ok but I gave 1 star because my husband had an allergic reaction after I told the restaurant he was allergic to shellfish. It was not properly prepared. I also asked if they cooked shrimp on the same surface as other food and the woman said no. My order included fried chicken, fried rice and shrimp and broccoli (for myself and packed separately). It was after he ate the fried chicken that he started having an allergic reaction. When he called the restaurant, the lady informed him that they fry shrimp and chicken in the same oil. Had they told me that I would’ve canceled the order. My husband and I eat at Chinese restaurants all of the time but my husband has NEVER had an allergic reaction to eating Chinese food until now. We won’t be back.

I tried this place for the first time today and I spent $30 on general chicken and six chicken wings. When I asked for duck sauce, they gave me three packets of duck sauce and three packets of soy sauce. I explain to the girl at the front desk this was for more than one person to eat and ask if I could have some more And she told me that they charge for duck sauce. This was a shock to me. This is the first time I’ve ever experienced anything like that I paid $.10 for 10 sauce packets after I’ve already spent $30. She told me there is duck sauce already in the bag and that this was just policy . when I looked in the bag , there was one duck sauce, one soy sauce, and one mustard packet. I don’t think that’s good business at all. As far as the food, it was OK, but I was dissatisfied with the approach in the duck sauce conversation

I enjoy stopping by Chinchin about once a month for a little variety. My go-to is the spicy vegetable fried rice with shrimp—it always hits the spot. They’re just around the corner from Loft #3, where my clinic is located, so it’s super convenient. If you’re in the neighborhood, check them out! Just note—they’re closed on Wednesdays.

I’ve been coming to Chin Chin in Buckhead + Brookhaven for over 20 years and it truly feels like home❤️The atmosphere is always so friendly and welcoming, and the staff make me feel like part of the family. The food is consistently delicious, and I love that they’ve expanded the menu to include Japanese and Thai options as well🥰Everything comes out quickly, always fresh, and always reliable. I’m so grateful they’re still here after all these years, and I’m thankful to be part of the Chin Chin family🫶🏽

I went in for the soft shell crabs which according to the menu came as 3 for $30 but even though that was printed on the menu and online they argued with me that it was only 2. I noticed her looking at the menu but still stuck to it knowing it clearly said 3. Will not go back and will not recommend to anyone I know. Worst service ever!

The food was terrible, and the customer service was equally awful. This place used to be really good, but the quality and service have declined significantly.

I went for a lunch break and was originally going to eat with a coworker. I purchased my food and had it ordered for to go. My coworker changed their mind about eating here and I decided to stay. I was told “ you can not eat in here if you ordered to go”. So after I spent my money and lunch time here I am not able to sit at the bar and eat my food. Usually live coming here but as a person in the workforce who works outside it would be nice to be able to sit in the establishment I just spend my money in to eat my lunch. Regardless of how it was packaged. Respect your customers. I was in uniform and all. I obviously have no where to eat (I work in construction). Super disappointed 👎🏾

I am extremely disappointed in this restaurant. I ordered Tofu Inari and it was extremely dry, was not filled with rice, cold, and it tasted like straight GINGER. I will also add, I placed my order and picked up 20 minutes later. My food was never printed and I had to wait another 15 minutes for my tofu inari that was sry and nasty. Definitely was robbed of $40. Will never go here again.

Went in because I was craving Chinese. I feel it's difficult to find good Chinese food in Atlanta metro. I tried this place at opening. So no wait, very polite. But I was a little disappointed in the taste of everything. The general tso chicken was too sweet, I didn't taste any spice. The soup looked weird. The spring roll was also not good. And the fried wings were yellow on the inside. Also, my fortune cookie was stale.
