They have some of the worst workers working the line with bad personality. The day I visited this location one of the workers was asking me which protein did I want and if I wanted some rice. But I was also helping my son make a order but we wasn't responding to her quickly so she walked off, leaving me confused on what just happened. So the other young lady that was behind the counter was able to assist, and I thanked her because she was not rushing me. After we pay for our order and had a seat, within 20 minutes I hear that same girl that walked off from when I was ordering cussing and shooting a bird at someone not sure if it was a customer or someone outside the window of the restaurant. But she is very unprofessional.Parking: The parking is so jammed up and this is not enough parking, people may double park in a spots to where you may not be able to park.Kid-friendliness: They have a couple of kid meals, which they are the only meals that come with drinks. Which works perfectly.

This place is awful. They never have any drinks and the area always look nasty and dirty. Employees were on their phones, loudly cursing and going off. My food was not fresh, almost as if they scrapped the bottom of the pan to get my food, and then had the never to charge me almost 17 dollars for the last little bit of the pan. The chicken was dry, I barely got any barbacoa and overall the entire experience was awful. I came on a Thursday ordered my food and the total was 13.50, I came back to today and got the exact same thing, my total was 18.00???? Never would recommend nor would come back.

I did a pickup order . The app said it was time to pick up and I went there. They didn’t even put my name in the app when I arrived, but it told me it was time for pickup. Oh gosh, someone needs to learn to remember things. And this is why I never do pickup, because sometimes they just mess with my order!!!

I never go to this place because it’s known to be so messy and always get my order wrong.I thought I would give them a try before I go to cava . I ordered a chicken bowl with guacamole but got a sofrito slop that I ended up throwing away.The downfall is real.

Great place for quick service, not the friendliest but very quick.Warning: the parking lot is a bit small and can get really crowded around lunchtime.Parking: Small parking lot. May have to wait for a spot during lunchtime.
