As a frequent, and formerly loyal, customer, I was appalled to discover a worm in my chicken burrito. This happened on 2/13/2025 at approximately 6:10pm. Halfway through my meal, I noticed a small worm amidst the ingredients. This discovery was not only repulsive but also raises serious concerns about the restaurant's food safety practices. The presence of a worm indicates a significant lapse in quality control and hygiene, and frankly, it's unacceptable for any establishment, to serve food under such conditions.
This incident has been reported to the Local Health Department.

Good afternoon, I came in today for some more of that smoke brisket. But they say is gone y’all don’t serve it no more but y’all still advertising. It is just a false advertisement. I don’t like that at all. That’s the only reason I came up before we don’t sell something no more take the sign down thank you.

Terry food preparer was outstanding. when you go into chipotle, you look for the quality and the service that they advertise on TV. I have returned to the store and Terry has waited on me each time she has delivered that quality of service which makes me want to return over and over again when I have the craving for chipotle

I'm a Marta Bus Operator that's been on the clock since 2pm. At 10pm I walked in with Terry having a conversation with the only customer in line ahead of me. As both the (customer & Employee ) witnessed my presence they continue with their conversation that didn't seem to come an end after 2-5 min. I apologized for intervening their conversation but I wanted to get my food and go because there are people on the bus.. The employee mentioned that I was rude after I was the customer being ignored. And then she followed with the statement " I don't have to serve you". I took it as a invitation to exit her store because she didn't want to serve me anyways.. So I told her not to worry about it because the customer service was extended until it got to me.. She said her name was Terry but who knows if that's even just so I can shut up.. she had blonde hair with a Spanish accent.. I don't believe customers are always right but literally I didn't know what else to do or say because I'm on a time limit and I was letting that be known respectfully while they have all the time to talk about everything between the stars and ocean..

Standard chipotle, my stomach did hurt afterwards but could have been unrelated to the food. The parking lot is bad though because the ChickFilA drive thru line emptied out right there, so not their fault but still!
They were extremely rude and refused to put items on my burrito that’s I asked for. After being shocked by employee flat out telling me no she continued to ask me if there was anything else I needed. Upon reaching the cashier I asked if I can make a complaint she threw her hands up stating she just started working here pointed to her manager who smiled and looked the other way and pointed to a card for me to take. This is the first chipotle I have ever been to that treated me this way this is terrible.
