The staff was engaging and helpful. Customer service skills are on point and other companies should take lessons. The food was great too

This location is great. One of the best Chipotles in the Atlanta metro. It’s very clean, the service is consistent and the food is fresh. The team here is great. You can tell they enjoy working together and they have a positive impact in the community. I visit here multiple times a month for lunch as my office is nearby.

This is our regular location. We come here at least once a month. Our order is somewhat complicated in its customizations, and at our most recent visit, employee Simone went over and above to make sure the order was just right. It was delicious! Thanks so much!!

Went at lunch on a Saturday with my 1 year old. The staff was helpful and friendly.
Only critique is there's no changing table in the rest room.

Right after COVID shutdown this location had issues with staffing and food quality for about a year or so, but it is back up to speed
After leaving the Issa Rae show at the Coca Cola Roxy, I was so excited to discover this location is open until 11pm on a Monday night.
I got here right around 10pm and there were only a few people in the line. The staff was pleasant, attentive and efficient.
Beware this location still gets busy late at night on a week day, so prepare to wait in line about 5-10 minutes.
Since they’re busy, the food runs out quick and is replaced with a fresh batch just as quickly - so you avoid eating old or stale food that’s been sitting out. They have a good night crew here. The seating area is very clean and well kept.

Fast, efficient, and fresh!
It is really hit or miss with this place, depending on who's working. I thought the time of day mattered, but it really doesn't. I can definitely see the difference from when the employee is new versus when they've been there a few weeks. Night and day in some cases. Maybe it's a workplace issue.

Got a burrito and worker wanted to be smart with me. Had a problem with me asking for it and when I got my food she does “thanks for double wrapping”.
